Thanks very much lovely cat.BlackCat wrote:I get the horrible feeling that I've made a big mistake with this offer. I bought two 6630 mobiles on the 9th November, which seems to be between the two periods in which you could buy these phones and get cashback.
4th to 7th November - cashback PDF
11th to 14th November - cashback PDF
I assume that the terms and conditions that were presented when purchasing the phone stated the date in which you had to have bought the phone to be eligible for cashback. Stupidly I clicked through without reading things thoroughly and must have missed the date.
Please could someone tell me when during the ordering process that it tells you the date in which you must order to be eligible for cashback and when in the ordering process that it gives you access to the cashback forms?
Many thanks,

I bought one yesterday (erratic web access meant I missed the both weekends), and have already had 3 emails already- the last saying it was being dispatched. Previous attempts had it saying out of stock. I do recall seeing something that said 30/11, but I saw little information on deal through the ordering proccess. I tried to go back and have a look after reading here, but then it was out of stock again!
I can't download a pdf cos not my 'puter. I am worried, but will see how others get along until, and if, it actually turns up.0 -

Its definately only the service provider (3 in this case) that can unlock these. Theres currently no other solution for these types of phones available. But given enough time a solution should become available eventually.Originally Posted by richardjames73

Can anyone tell me where those pdfs came from please.? I've tried to view them, but I'm using a friends 'puter and it won't let me, and all the error messages are in Japanese! 'My' phone has now been delivered and I'm trying to decide whether to keep. I bought it on Friday. I saw no information whilst going through the proccess. Where did everyone else find the info? I suppose I will contact the Link tomorrow, but I would like to have seen the documents first. I'm sure I did see something saying 'until 30/11', though.
Can anyone help?0 -
Just talked to link to price match a phoneboxdirect deal on lg8330 at 12 months free on 12 month contract....and she adis NO cant match that blah blah, so i said anything close to that and she said "we`re doing the 6630 on that deal soon again, i said "i heard you were def not doing that again" she said "we say alot of things we dont mean" keep an eye out for it.
meanwhile if anyone doesnt like the 6630 handset phoneboxdirect are doing the lg8330 on above contract T&T 600 for nout but there cashback is crap its like 6 redemptions and two month invoices enclosed etc etc so would have rather had it matched by a bigger company.like link and e2save, evenn they checked out deal on phone and said its real but the margins are too close for us to match sorry no can do!

Hi again,
Can anyone tell me where those pdfs are? (Though I might not be able to open on this computer...). I've looked under 'cashback offers' in customer services. I emailed the Link two days ago also... Nothing. I have only a few days left to cancel. Has anyone else who bought in between weekends found anything out? I really was looking for info (esp when buying) but have found none. The person I bought for is using payg now on an interim number, whilst I have an unopened phone upstairs!
All info appreciated.0
