Strumps we don't need to know about your toilet habits:eek:

Get the new Slimming World Mag and apply for a job as district manager - the pay is good and will keep Strumps in the manner to which he has become accustomed:D

Good luck with your weigh in - when I am properly on my feet again and can see I shall start going.

Had a chat with the landlord's chappy today about the unneuteured tom cat stink that keeps pervading my flat (an aphrodisiac it is not!) - seems he was going to have to speak to them in flat 3 anyway about the noise - they had a loud party on Saturday night, so I said that's not a party that's what they're like all the time:rolleyes: (chappie in flat 1 complained about them). Also the chap with the close cropped blonde hair and square head (all thats missing is a bolt through his neck) is facing eviction too for damaging a tree in the garden, terrorising neighbours such as myself - the garden is for all the tenants but he has turned it into his private football pitch:mad: he has also damaged another tree which is now dying and his carer has been spoken too (she is half the problem as she encourages his bad behaviour) so he is being given his marching orders:j

I am trying to be good with my diet and eating lots of greenery - apples, grapes.

Tonight I will do something with eggs and I have some potato cakes that need eating up - I havent a clue how to cook them (again these were on the whoopsie shelf along with a bag of gnocchi which is in the freezer). Oh I am eating stuff I wouldnt normally bother with:rolleyes:

Strumpet - best of luck with the weigh in tonight.

Horace - I love potato cakes, they are lovely just heat through in the oven or under the grill and spread with lots of lovely butter.

    Hi all,

Just wanted to say congratulations strumpet on becoming an uncle.

And good luck with the weigh in tonight. I have got mine tommorow, and I am not optimistic.

Strumps must have put on a couple of stone otherwise he would be here telling us that he had lost weight :(

I want to know how naughty this lunch is:

1 hot chocolate (no added sugar) - made with milk and chocolate

Grilled chicken breast stuffed with tarrogon on a bed of red chard, cold boiled new potatoes, tomato, peas, asparagus tips (only 3 of them) and snipped spring onions - the dressing was a slight drizzle of extra virgin olive oil with vinegar added by me.

1 knickerbocker glory (small) made with poached white peach, fresh raspberries, fresh raspberry coulis and one small blob of vanilla icecream with vanilla seeds.

Now I discovered with lunch today that I prefer my asparagus to be hot and I am not keen on tarragon because of the aniseed flavour - I had no idea what it tasted like until today.

    Hi Horace,

I think that lunch would be about 1000 weight watcher points. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

But it sounds delightful, especially the knickerbocker glory.

Anyway I had my weigh in today. Managed to stay the same for the week, yet again. Really must try harder.

    Hi Fritter

I was trying my best to heat healthily and have eaten half a bunch of grapes this afternoon instead of chomping on chocolate.

Sometimes weight will stay the same - maybe you need to exercise more? Good luck with your diet anyway.

    Ciao

Horace - don't worry about it just eat it - sounds lovely!

MF at least you stayed the same and didn't gain anything.

I am on holiday from work now for 2 weeks and on Saturday we go to Wales for a week (I can't wait). I am going to do lots of walking and not worry about what I'm eating. When I come back I will be back on my diet with a vengence.:D

    Hi Folks,

MrsP - Hope you have a nice time off and a nice holiday.

Horace - I was only joking. Grapes are one of my favs, you are doing really well. I have no willpower, that is my problem.

MrsP - watch out for welsh cakes and bara brith:eek:

MF - I have no idea if 1000 weight watcher points is good or bad. I am trying to be a bit more healthy than I have been and this lunch was a one-off special (the main course was at least). Tonight I ruined it by eating some best of both bread with some chicken crisps:rolleyes: All grapes have now been eaten though:D
