    Happy B'day Elona & DG.
I've picked enough beans to go with tea tonight, though I'm not sure what is for tea yet, lol.
The menfolk have gone to work today, so I have a few hours peace. It looks like BIL will be gone in a week or 2 as the place he wants to rent is nearly ready. His wife has now also started counselling so hopefully thing will get less stressful for both of them & me.
BIL has also started to read, he has never had the patience to read anything longer than a newspaper article, but yesterday he started reading For One More Day, he feels it's helping him deal with the death of his Dad when he was only 5.
    Have a good day everyone.
    Hugs Hester

Work today, sausages, jacket pots and baked beans for dinner. Got my Tesco delivery yesterday, always asked for small jacket pots when they are on the list. Well, the small one was large and the other small one was huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge. I think I should put it in the oven to cook before I leave for work and it might be done by the time I get home

Well my Facebook is filling up nicely thank you lol. I have made a notebook file with everyone's OS names and their real names cos I could never remember everyone.

So who do I invite for a game of scrabbulous then, who's game?? :D

Have a lovely time in London Catowen. Went to Harrods with my 2 when they were younger, £1 to use the loo  Has it gone up Cat??

Happy birthday to elona......enjoy your day!

Not a lot planned for today - know I need to tackle the inside and outside of my car if we get a day without rain - it's like a dustbin on wheels as I live in it in term-time. Also plan to sort work clothes into outfits on hangers so I can just reach in and get one and it will all go! Recycling hasn't gone yet either - will walk down with it today if there's a break in the clouds.

Picked my first two cherry toms yesterday - left two others to give the rest the idea - they seem to be catching on slowly!

Leo and the flap into the shed - seemed to have forgotten again this morning and miaowed to come back in the house loudly enough to wake the neighbours, so I caved in and let him back in - was 7.00 before he woke me though.

    Nothing much else to report,

    Hugs,

    POxx

Hello everyone, the sun is shining here in MK, looks like it is going to be a nice day. Happy Birthday to Elona and D gal. Well looks like I wont be going into work today, gonna have to request an emergency days leave to look after DS. I was supposed to take him to his Nannys' this morning, she usually has him on a Wednesday, but have not got enough petrol in car, in totally I would be driving 40 miles + and we dont have enough money in the account to cover the petrol. We've already found a rubber direct debit this morning, so who knows how much we will be charged for that! Just feel like giving up sometimes with money, as we never have any and just one DD being bounced, puts us right out. Have a lovely day to you all, duddles x

PS I have requested to join the facebook group this morning, my initals are RP, but dont want to disclose my full name on here.

It's sunny here so far, have some towels and work uniforms to hang out in a mo.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELONA  and also DONNY-GAL FOR FRIDAY:beer: . Enjoy your hols.

Had a carp sleep despite having the bed to myself! Not much OS here today. Going out for folk week in a bit. Have to take the car to the garage this morning after my flat battery at the weekend. OH has promised me he will pay for it as i've already spent £300 on getting the car serviced and through the MOT.

Off for a run when OH gets back from work.

    Have a good day all.

Hi everyone, bright morning here in Oxford :) trying to get some lab work done before my boss arrives - one of our former group members didn't do something before he left, so I'm trying to finish it off without him upstairs noticing

Happy birthday elona and donny for friday :)

Made carrot cake yesterday. Falafel, salad and olive bread for tea :)

Doh - I just added you on facebook Chrisca50 - but I forgot to say who I was - I just got used to facebook then they changed it!:rotfl:

We have blue sky here at the moment so I've got some washing on the line. Still got loads more washing to do but hopefully I'll be able to put it on the line instead of using the TD.

Going blackberry picking this morning with the kids and the dogs so I'll probably make an apple and blackberry crumble when I get back.

I've already made a fruit salad this morning so I might bung some in there as well.

I've got another bloke coming this afternoon to give me a quote for a new boiler which I hopefully want fitting this month while I'm at home.

Hope everyone has a good day

    Happy Birthday Elona!

  • Happy Birthday Elona!!! Have a great day J  And D-G for Friday (only just realised you are away...d'oh!)

LTS, your poor DD L what a horrible way (for both of you) to be woken up, and also StudentGirl, having nightmares. Hope you all feel a bit bright this morning.
Have a nice time in Troo-land DonnyGal – you two be good now!!!
(I just spotted Troo has gone back to Tru?!?!?) Oh no, and back again… lol
CharliesMum, hope your tummy has settled this morning & Pixie, your neck is better?
RedRuby – your mum is a very brave woman!!!!!! I go there to escape my girls & enjoy shopping on my own ;)
Hester, sounds like BIL has really turned a corner in his life now, will you be having to start lodger-hunting again? Will Katy try to come back….??!?!

Chrisca - I've got the "friends" bit of facebook sorted, starting to get there with the photos, I think, but the applications & games still confuse me, lol - so anyone else who's poked me, I'm still figuring it out, lol!!!!!

Think I may be going across to Uni to meet a mate or two for coffee there mid-morning, but not sure yet. I NEED to go & sort the stuff in my cabin as I can’t stand having it all out there, but it won’t shift itself. Sadly.
Not sure what’s for dinner yet, I’ve got a piece of yellow-stickered rump steak in the freezer, might do some new potatoes & salad with it, should be enough for me & oldest DD.

Have a good day, (((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) for all those needing or wanting them.
