Anyway, tea & bedtime I think. Went & joined weightwatchers earlier (not very MS I know) but desperate measures are called for. So have their mag to read in bed too.

I think I've got over the shock of Sunday night and I'm catching up on the ironing whilst Mr Twit is away.
It's pouring down outside again, flippin' awful weather.
The cat has just come in, dripping wet.....he let me dry him though, he's now perched on the foot of the bed watching TV
