We tend to take ours out of the casing, into a dish slightly mashed up and then dot with butter and a drizzle of Whisky and microwave. McSween's is our haggis of choice ( and they freeze beautifully when reduced after Burns night ).C.R.A.P.R.O.L.L.Z Able Archer0

We're having lasagne too. If DH wants to eat mushed up animals' entrails he is perfectly free to do so - but out of sight and smell of us non-Northern Britain typesI can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

I am going to microwave some of it and freeze the rest as it is massive!!! There are only 2 of us and it would feed 8 I'm sure.0 -
yes, we are having a veggie haggis
made a little loaf with it (and topped with a cranberry sauce), the leftovers will be lovely in a butterbean and haggis salad, or i might even try making haggis pakora!0 -
We have haggis often, we like it. I slice it into a pyrex dish, dot it with butter, and heat in the oven. Cos I haven't got a microwave lol With mashed tatties and neeps.0
