I see the RE tightness continues, pub jobs that the expenses do not cover what they require you to buy and no fee!

    Great.

Paul are you seriously saying RE have pub jobs with NO FEE. Is it the same as the one I was ranting about....2 adults, 1 drink each from list A and B and ONE MEAL. The one where on the questionnaire it had a bit about what I ordered for the 2nd meal. I answered No 2nd meal and up it came as an unanswered question so I retorted cheekily... I only ordered one meal as that is what you had in the briefing notes and the reimbursement didn;t cover more than 2 drinks and one meal.

So the cheeky sods expected my husband to pay for his own meal and wanted comments on its quality etc

Then in the drop down box I ticked Busy 90 - 99% and they wanted a comment on that. So in the comment box I said I have already answered this question.

And why cannot they have either a questionnaire with did you get acknowledged...was your drink poured correctly, wait time for your meal etc etc
etc OR a 250 word essay on the visit. Why both when you are covering the same ground twice.

Anyone notice they have been forced to up the fee for pharmacy visits though reimbursement for the hay fever tabs are unchanged. I am still not doing them and we would all be doing ourselves a big favour if we keep blanking them as it is high time this company saw the light.

A little bird told me they have a big staff turnover so they probably pay them peanuts as well.

The pub visits I am talking about are UK wide...name ends in a cutlery implement.!!!

  • All those pub visits I can see have a fee and reimburse, they definately would not not be worth doing if that was the case ;) For me the only reason I would do another is to have a lazy dinner (ie no cooking for me LOL) and its cheaper than a takeaway ;)
I do agree with their questioning too, alot of it could be like gap and then more specific for things that are more important!

Anyway, off to bed now goodnight all x x

This one has something that you roast on a spit in the first part of its name.

They require three drinks to be bought and two main meals, no fee and reimbursement that will not cover your spend.

    Cheers Paul

spit roast or not :D , do they seriously expect people to do these jobs ???

The only jobs I do without any fee, is where I spend a night in a high quality hotel and spend £80 on my evening meal with a bottle of wine...;)

    Hi Peridot

GAP pay the month after you did the assignment. If you did the assignment in August then you'll get paid on 25 September (or maybe just after!)

  • I agree, I saw the no fee and inadequate reimbursement for the roast type pub, and decided I wouldn't risk it having seen the questionnaire for the other pub mentioned by HP.
I would consider another one of those because with the fee you can cover your extra spend, but I wouldn't rush to do one and would only pick one up if it were highly convenient.

HP I won't do the pharmacies either, so we're together on this!
