Can't see any in my area... but I agree - bloomin' cheek! These people are volunteers for crying out loud!!!! I mean, if anyone was really bad you'd expect the manager to sort it without resorting to this.0 -
Hey Timmne - welcome back to Brilliant Britain. Hope you had a fab time and enjoyed your day and the honeymoon. At least you would have got better weather than we've had lately which I am not envious about in the slightest!!!0

Hi all,
I have just accepted my first mystery shopping assignment on Saturday. From what I understand they will pay me a fee and I am responsible for paying taxes myself. Can anybody give me a quick runthrough as to how i'd go about this with HMRC?
Thanks in advance0 -
Had call from RE this morning as well to ask if I could do a job for an electrical store - 30 mile round trip. Had to explain that the place was nowhere near where I lived and due to the imminent arrival of DD No2 I was not tempting fate by travelling that far. And even if I hadn't have been pregnant the fee would not have covered the petrol so it would have been a NO anyway.0

Doing a clothes shop on Friday and then 2 off licenses. I don't even like the sort of drink I have to buy but if it's free, which it basically is, I will drink it. LoL.0

Not liking these off license ones at all! The ones where you got the wine were good - but the last wave and these new ones are pants if you dont like that drink (which not even dh will use up:rotfl:). That and the pharmacys which I still wont do - not done anything for them in a while.:rolleyes:0 -
I don't like this sort of drink but I can save it for when I have guests. I do like the non alcoholic drink, and as I have accepted 2 of these jobs, I'll have 8 of the alcoholic drink. I do prefer wine though, it has to be said.0
