Just been browsing the job centre website looking for a 'proper' job... there's an ad for storecheckers for a mystery shopper! (See, I can't get away from MSing even when I try!!!) Can anyone tell me what they are like and what the pay is like etc? Actually, it says about £8 per assignment so I guess really I just need to know the type of jobs and what the reports are like. Thanks!

I have just accepted my first assignment as a MS :eek:

It is for a mobile phone company.

Didn't miss the MSing at all - am struggling to get back into it TBH although I felt like this after Christmas so it's not a long term thing!

Hehe just got some wine shops...but absolutely fuming with RE again.

The assignment I did yesterday at short notice, going without food to pay for the travel which they will eventually repay me, they rang me up about and seemed fine I was in the middle of the report and now when I went to submit it they have !!!!ing deleted it from ym account. I am ballistic. SO angry. I cannot afford to put credit on my phone to ring them so have emaild them.

And then I had someone from a sandwich shop lying too, of course she was as it was not the greatest report, but they won't even check the CCTV. Apparently they had auditors on site, interesting as I was hte ONLY customer in store at the time and I only saw 2 members of staff.

PS, RE have charity shops....why?! Several charities, including some lesser known ones...
