  • Hello,

I have bought a copy of Now74 from Amazon. I have put it into my computer and when it recognised it, it put it up as
    Disc one Now Decades
    Disc two Now 63

but it plays correctly - Now 74.

So in theory the product is what i ordered but i can't select the right tracks when i play it on my computer becuse it is recognising the wrong album. I'm making a hash of describing this!

Do i have a case for a return? I do want the album so want a replacement really but one that is correctly recognised on my pc.

if anyone understands what I'm on a bout and can help, i would appreciate it.

    Thanks

Yes, understand. Two possible solutions. Talk to Amazon and I'm sure they will replace it for you - but make sure other copies don't have the same problem. Secondly, you could go onto somewhere like Real Player and it will give you the opportunity to download the correct play list.

Did your PC download the track names or get them from the CD ?
  • The tracks were automatically recognised from the pc. So, I checked it on the laptop and the same thing happened on there too.
    Is this common?

    Thanks
  • Thank you for contacting Amazon.co.uk.

First of all, please allow me to apologise for the issue you have experienced with this item.

To remedy this situation, I have placed a new order for "Now That's What I Call Music! 74", and it will be dispatched as soon as possible to the same address:

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,
I bought a car in May this year and i've had nothing but trouble with it, it's a convertable and the roof leaks, it's never been a probelm up until now, with all the rain and now inside the car smells and is getting ruined. I bought it from a well know trader, when i contacted them they said they don't fix that and i would need to pay for it myself, i have a 1yr warranty but they still won't fix it. Not only this but the electric window now doesn't work, probably due to the water getting in.
Am i protected by the comsumer rights act, i have the car on finance and paying a small fortune for it, but i don't want to pay if it's not working properly.

    Can anyone help??

Hi - a lot depends on what car you bought. I've got a sports car with a hood. Manufacturers are very quick to state that it is shower proof but not waterproof which, in fairness, sums up my hood.

The electric window fault should be resolved under warranty - whatever the reason for the failure.

There is no "Consumer Rights Act" so forget quoting that.
  • Hi everyone,

Basically I'm looking for some advide as I feel I have been wronged by Vodafone.

I had took out and completed an 18month contract with Vodafone, and after I recieved a couple of phones calls asking me to carry on with them, I declined to do so.

Now suddenly after checking my E-mails, I have noticed they have billed me for months November and December, eventhough my contract had been agreed to end on September 21st.

I have contacted them a couple of times and they are saying I still have to pay and that I was supposed to give them written notice? I have not heard anything of this before though.

Please help me if you can, I don't know what my rights are or what else I can do.

    Thank you

What did your contract say about terminating your contract?

  • I recently bought a vaccine and after paying £108 for that and with in an hour I decided to return the product . I bought this from local Superdrug and the pahrmacist refused to accept the medicine back and refund as she mentioned to me that it is written clearly on the back of the receipt and also it is the company policy not to return any medicines for refund. I am not sure what my rights are here on this issue? Can anyone help me in this.

Pharmacies are not allowed to take medicines back so you are going to have to take the loss on this.
