Or try googling Sony Ericsson forums.
If you find evidence of others with the same problem copy the info and go back to O2 and say there is an inherent fault with the phone.

I recently signed up a contract of 18 months of flex 40 at t-mobile via internet. On that flex 40 comes unlimited web & walk (internet). The first week i received the Nokia 5800 i did not get any problems from making/receiving calls/texts and using the internet. After literally 7 days,i started getting problems with the internet saying that "it is not sending the packet data". I phoned after 10 days upon receipt of the phone and i was advised that i need to save a text that they will send and save it on my phone and then switch my phone off then take battery out. I told to the staff that if don't work what else should i do? She replied that it'll take 24 hours so if after that it did not work that i have to phoned back. Which i did coz it did not work. I spoke to another 4 staff on the last 3 days, told me to do the same thing, 2 of that occassion worked but the other 2 didn't and 1 of them cut me off when iwas explaining that it is not sending the packet data, the other 2 was very rude and said that they can't do nothing about it and the other 1 didn't even say thank you for calling just put the phone down when i said that i want to terminate my contract and gave the complaint address.
I am really frustrated that i am paying something that i can't use, what else should i do?apparently if i do terminate my contract, i have to pay more than £500.
Please help...
Thanks in advance,

Hello, I hope someone can help me!
I bought a car in June 2007 on a "passport scheme" with Peugeot, where I pay three years at a set amount each month then a lump sum at the end.
I picked the car up, from new in July 2007. In the August I went back to the garage as the engine cuts out when driving and the steering lock kicks in. (Quite dangerous!)
The garage has looked at it a few times and said there is nothing wrong with the car. I took it back last week for its service and explained the problem again, along with some new ones. After the service they said the car was fine. I explained that it wasnt and that they could keep it for a month to find the problem.
I was wondering if this would be covered by the sale of goods act? I took it back to them within the first month, so would it be down to them to prove there is no fault or me to prove their is?
Also not sure if it still is the same process as im still paying for the car?
Hope someone can help....0 -

Usually very helpfull with problems.
Not on this one, and i already went and had an advice from my local trading standards and advise me to write a complain letter stating what had happened.
Is it really illegal to record conversations that you're in it?0 -
The screen has stopped working on my tomtom and it is just over a year old. I heard something on the radio the other day about a little known European law which covers electrical goods for 6 years (I think). Does anyone know anything about this???
Thanks...0
