The proxy method lives on (!) but only using Firefox and with a proxy server registered to the Saudi Arabia backbone and local registry address space.
It's 212.116.219.54 port 8082, could be anywhere in Saudi Arabia, basically.
Internet explorer does not work.
I wouldn't trust a proxy with bank details. You don't know who runs the proxy, and it would be fairly easy for them to monitor for passwords being sent.0 -
