Thanks ancasta.
Mine cost a bit under that, well £80 under - plus the cost of veil etc brings it a little bit over. And those are the cheaper ones! Have you seen any of the "Hollywood Dreams" dresses? They're along the same lines as the dress that Jordan/Katie Price wore - not understated in the slightest! They are pretty hideous and start at about £1800. Yes ladies and gents, £1800 for a few hours wear.
We'll probably get told to move our chatter over to the Wedding Tips Start Here thread. It's excellent over there, by the way ancasta. Loads of tips and helpful suggestions. I always come back like a boomerang to OS though.*lil old angelic me*

Thanks to Miss Glad I have just enjoyed tomatoes on toast for my supper
Never had it before but it was so quick to pop the tomatoes in the micro while the bread toasted, next time I might add some cheese on the top0 -

Is it covered in sequins and embroidery? Hunt thro the pattern books and see if you can find one similar - perhaps your friend can just add finishing touches to the basic design. I did that cost of material £100 and £70 for seamstress. OTP £650. Big difference.it's not having what you want - it's wanting what you've got0
