A cold but sunny day here today.
We went into town this afternoon and sat in Costa's while DD decided which subjects she wants to do at 6th form next september. It will be so strange when she finally goes as she and DS have been homeschooled since she was 7. DS loves it though so I expect she will too.
I went into the fishing shop for weights to use when using the knitting machine.I said Im looking for some weights and ofcourse the salesman said...Okay,you can wait as long as you want...Grrrrrrr. :)
OH has been trying to get the police to do something about the intruders who come over the garden fence every day. They dont seem particularly bothered . It makes me feel paranoid though.Im constantly looking out of the kitchen window, thinking I'll see them :( We have our sheds locked and all the back windows.
Beef pasties for tea with baked pots and veg.

  • got loads to do today. i need to get the washing done !!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorted out stuff on amazon, am about to list on ebay. not sure about dinner, i fancy chicken fried rice, (one of oh's specialities). planning to have curry queens bhuna tomorrow, so will take everything out of freezer later.

feeling pretty bad today, didn't sleep well and now i have the start of bad cramp- it's great being a woman! kept other half awake with all my fidgiting and now he has a bad sore head.

oh has been dispatched to the bank to pay money in. we counted all our coin up yesterday and had £58 of full money bags!

we are pretty skint at the mo and have decided that we can't really afford xmas this year. luckily we bought loads in the sales so, we will get it down and allocate it to family members. we usually splash out on each other but we have to be sensible. the main thing is the boys get their presents. we have vouchers due from goldfish, so that should get them a psp game each.

the insurance assessor came yesterday about my engagement ring and the good news is they are going to cover the theft.

take care everyone, i need to get going!

When you next decide to paint the fence - there is a type of paint that "stays wet" - you might want to use this for the top of the fence.

How about asking to speak to the crime prevention officer at the police station he or she may be able to suggest something.
