for point one, which i've made in bold, yeah.. i've been tech support in the past for my sister, my dad, my mum, my mate, and his dad... mainly because they all used PC's that I had built them...
now... all of them have converted to mac's and i do get no tech support calls at all.... weird huh!
as for the second point.. yeah exactly.. people want to buy something, turn it on, and start using it...
now, where is my comparison cat, on a pc all in one that you can build, against an apple mac.. i'm waiting... i am!
you need to scroll up and lookIf you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly

ok.. here are some points..
i don't care that a pc built up is cheaper than a mac
i don't care that people think that dell is a !!!!!! brand
i don't care that you can illegally install OS X on a pc..
what i'm making a point about is that like for like spec, design for design, the mac is REASONABLE, thus squashing the argument that they are expensive for what you get....
people seem to be missing my point, and coming up with any reason not to agree with me, beacause i think you're scared of me being right, and having to admit that actually the mac is a good price.....0 -

i've just said i don't care about a box and a monitor... all in one design vs all in one design, then you have a fair comparison... it is more expensive to cram things into a nice small case with a monitor and all your ports in one box, with only one power cable...0 -

so because you've been proven wrong you now want people to only agree with you
MACs specs are poor compared to a PC for the money and that is the simple truth .....just because a pc can look ugly is not a reason i would not buy it.....i want bang for my buck not buying something because it looks good and the specs are ok.....i want something that is damn fast for next to nothing....and ONLY a PC can offer thatIf you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly

I don't think there is anything wrong with a Mac compared to a PC from one of the major makers, in fact I will quite probably buy a Mac for my next laptop, I will probably still run Linux on it though. I won't be buying in the UK though. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

erm thats call a laptop fool....stop moving the bloody goal posts........when it comes down to specs macs lose...simple
design i do agree MACs look very nice but i am NOT going to pay a large amount of money just because it looks nice and has one cable....jesusIf you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly

the thing is cat695, i cannot see where i have been proven wrong... all from the start i have been comparing like for like, and you've been avoiding that issue, and just comparing spec on spec..0
