Thanks fag ash lil
I have just counted the £1.33 as my pad and took the other amount of the total debt I am aiming to clear. It feels so good.

:hello: Morning, morning!!
£1 to evil loan
£2.50 to gas
£1.50 vicious Vanquis
I was looking at the £20k in a year thread last night. I haven't joined it but am going to keep it in the back of my mind. I've worked out how much i will need to pay per month to each debt to clear them in either 12 or 24 months.
After Christmas my main PaD will go into my savings account and a lump sum will be paid each month to the evil loan. As long as hubby has work i should have extra cash as i will no longer be paying out on a hire car. Any extra i have on top of my main PaD will be shared amongst the others. I can't wait to start the New Year with even more focus!!
Have a good day
EDIT yay all is right with the world...Jo is up and has posted before me! Good morning, hun - well done you with cracking the Egg (sorry) xOne step at a time0 -

Morning all!
The epic trek back to Edinburgh begins this morning - and it's minus 2 here today so I'm sitting in my cold kitchen shivering :rotfl:
Yesterday we drove up to the Even Further Frozen North to drop off some Christmas presents etc with relatives. As I got given some birthday cash by my uncle (£50 - Wooooo!!) I did something I would never have done before starting this PAD...
I went to the bank that day and paid in £53 - the birthday money plus some change I had in my purse. I have set aside £40 for the sales after Christmas so that I don't go nuts on a credit card, and the other £13 is my PAD for today
I received a card from my other uncle which had a cheque in it, but I amn't banking that until my birthday on Monday and I think I will be doing the same thing with that - £40 for me and £10 for the evil debt. My signature is now looking quite lovely!
In other news, the cheque FINALLY cleared for my brother's Christmas present (The token-collect Lego set from the Daily Record). He will love it - and he's 26!
I'm meeting t'other half at the train station when I get home tonight, so I think we're going to spend the weekend having a lot of good chats. Hopefully I will know one way or the other by the end of the week if I will be having Christmas alone...
Have a lovely Thursday everyone, only one more day till the weekend!
