It's such a trauma Kashton, isn't it - which debt shall i pay? I am in the same boat, but could think of better things i'd like to be making choices between
! I'm focusing on my Barclays loan as i hate that bank and want nothing to do with them, but i also have smaller, piddly debts around £500 i'd like to clear.
£1 to the evil loan, £1 to Cap 1 and £1 to savings. Some more money should be going in my account later and i get paid tomorrow so i will make my normal monthly payments on a few things too.
Enjoy the day everyoneOne step at a time0 -

I've been following this post for a while now and think it's a great idea. I'm going to join you all if that's ok. I want to get £1000 to pay off my overdraft. I'm going to put it in a savings account in the meantime as it's safer there. If I put into my overdrawn account I will no doubt spend it and waste my good efforts:o I use this account for my monthly food shopping and normal spends. My salary goes into a different current account.
Today I have transferred £5.77 from my non overdrawn current account into my nice new savings account. Added to the £1 I already had in there I have now got £6.77 towards my goal:T My current account now has £0 in it but it's payday tomorrow:D100 Day Pot £13

£2.04 for me - round the few pence off to make it even0 -
Good morning all. You're all such early birds - I take forever to get going and worse this morning, I've got a rotten cold.
Never mind, it's payday:j
So I rounded down the account and transfered £9 something to the ISA. I should also be receiving my mystery shopping money so I'll transfer that too when I get it. Best of all, for the first time in about 2 years the account did not go into the overdraft:T . I also hope to start saving some in the joint account but I'm just waiting for the account to be transferred over to the new account.Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts - DFW Nerd 323

I've been reading this post nearly everyday but haven't joined in.
I dont make a payment a day as such. I've been rounding down my 2 bank accounts and moving the money to my savings account.
I've managed to move £30 from each account this month, so £60 in total.
Not quiet sure what I'm going to do with it yet, may keep hold of it for another month and then make one big payment off one of my debts.Lightbulb moment Dec 2005 - debt £23700
