  • Hi all,
I have made about 25 in total of sock monkeys and first of all used the expensive polyester filling from a haberdashers (about £2.35 for a small bag) which didnt go far then I bought some cheap pillows from matalan that had polyester wadding in them and they were brilliant and most recently have bought the £ pillows from poundland which are even better and go a long way and the monkeys are still lovely and soft.

I love all your monkeys- well done to everyone.

    Happy crafting

Has anyone seen the book "stupid sock creatures"?

I bought it after I came upon the website

Haven't managed to do any yet though... perhaps this thread will inspire me!

And hope that website inspire anyone with a mis-shapen monkey!!
