Ah well you can't please everyone I just popped over my local craft shop to pick up some felt for my sock monkey eyes and took Marley along to match up colours. The shop owner promptly told me that she thought sock monkeys were creepy and proceeded to do a rather strange impression of his arms!!! How she ever has custom I don't know she was so rude!!!! Apparently she is like that all the time .

What a horrible person. I hope that you have another craft shop that you can get your supplies from. He's not creepy at all, he's cute and cuddly whats the matter with her. Dont let her get you down.

Thank you Pennib she is a bit of a wierdo!. Unfortunately she is the only local one but I am going to stop shopping there and order online instead. Her business is not doing too well and even my hubby reckons it's down to her attitude as she was really rude to him when I sent him there to get me felts previously.
Like Queenbee said I hope Marley haunts her dreams tonight lol:laugh:
Anyway I came home and made another monkey and stuck 2 fingers up to her lol. This is Gwen.

Our craft shop has recently moved to bigger premises and the mother/daughter team I swear they could sell coals to Newcastle!! I have to keep a VERY tight grip on my purse as they are both very knowledgable about everything. Its like a crafter's paradise in there and you could spend a couple of hours in there browsing quite happily! But if it was like your lady wouldnt touch it with a barge pole, some people eh.

Can you believe I bought 18 pairs of socks the other day and everyone wants to order the same designs lol. I'm getting a bit snowed under now have about 20 orders to get through and I'm back in work today. I go to bed dreaming about monkeys now lol x
