t mobile sent me an offensive message

driving down the motorway, i recieved my 5th call from the day from tmobile chasing a bill not even due for four days.

I answered abruptly, and shouted bog off.

30 seconds later i recieved a text from 't-mobile', calling me a 'twa*'

    Seems a bit odd that they were chasing a bill that was not due by the way.

    I can't see why it would get you out of contract. Was it from "muppet's" personal phone?

    Yeah he will be sacked for that, All messages that are sent from T-mobile are logged and the person who sent it will have all the details stored of what has been sent.

    its not from a number, just says 't-mobile'... same in log, same in message details.

    its a network message.

    Contact them and threaten them with newspapers and media coverage, dont delete the message and if you can take a picture of it. Get what you can out of them, The person who sent it will be found out as it will be all logged in there system

    I'm confused about why they are chasing you for a bill not due for another 4 days???

    Regardless though there is no excuse for the text and they must know that... don't delete it but contact complaints and tell them about the text and that you have saved it. Advise them you'd like to end your contract NOW or this will be taken up with the industry watchdog
