    Much more offensive :rotfl:

Did you really say just "bog off" punkstoner? I ask because the call to you is almost certainly recorded and if you said anything extra or paraphrased that for our delicate ears (or should that be eyes) then of course your complaint won't look quite so righteous.

No. It was "BOG OFF", then I hung up.

Call was recorded my end too *(n95 with ultimate vr, automatic recording software)

    do you mean t w a t ? thats what I assumed it was.

anyway, is t w a t any worse than bog off? and how can one quantify these things? to me it sounds like a minor disagreement among two eight year olds. Hardly earth shattering stuff is it?
  • I am sorry but I do not sympathize with PUNKSTONER one bit, even if this employee was unprofessional. If you were abusing this employee before hanging up, like you say, then you deserve everything that you get.

Some jobs are difficult enough as it is without the 'PUNKS' of our society thinking they can say and do anything they want without any repercussions.

You should take it up with T-mobile why they have a policy of phoning you up every month, not go around and take it out on the employees.

And, by the way, in the letter why is it that you forgot to clearly spell out what YOU said, only to quote the otherside's abuse word for word? 'Hypocrite' comes to mind!

    t w a * is a sexual swear word, unlike bog off.

Use of the term twa* in public is technically a breach of the peace, if in ear shot of an offended individual.

My not be earth shattering, your right, but if I get some quids out of it to save on my bill, ill be happy. i thought this is what this site was about?

The offending words vulgarity is expained and described here.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/!!!!

replace !!!! with the offending term(tw@)

Use of the word aimed at an individual, constitutes bullying and assault, as you will know an assault does not have to be physical.

are you stupid? why would you tell them, in writing, that you answered your call in the car? I mean, whos worse, somebody calling you a t&!$ AFTER you offended them, or you putting other peoples lives at risk my talking on your mobile phone on a motorway? I think you are just trying to make something of this that isnt even there. If somebody made a nasty comment to me, I would give it back!

ever seen those magic car kits that connect your phone, via bluetooth to the car audio system?

answering while driving is what they are for.

Exactly what I thought! Why not give them the full story instead of just half of it? A bit unfair, do you not think? I think you are just wanting to, as I said a moment ago, trying to get everything you can out of them. Why not just send them a letter of complaint regarding the calls every month and asking them to stop sending you them? Another route would be to set up a direct debit.

spot the tmobile cs closing ranks.

just like the police do in times of trouble. hehe

you cannot justify calling a customer a tw@....

    UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

As for direct debits, I 'dont do them'.

I like to have full personal control over what leaves my bank account and when, for personal reasons. My bills, including t-mobile are paid by the stated due date.

See, replies like that make you look a right idiot. I betyou dont even get a reply from T-Mobile, I hope you dont! Also, I know somebody that works for the Beeb and if they get a complaint of foul language in one of their programmes, I think the reply goes somewhere along the lines of '' Times change and what was unacceptable language years ago, is now socially acceptable''. Basically, you are kicking up a fuss over nothing. Clearly you have had problems with this company before, so why remain with them all this time? You could always move provider, vote with your feet.

    Seriously, get over it!

YOU were rude to them first but with the charming attitude you've displayed through your posts here, I'm not surprised they called you a tw*t! If the cap fits...

Before going completely OTT over this, look at your own behaviour! It was completely uncalled for – you didn't HAVE to answer the phone, you could have turned it off or put it on silent or simply ignored it. Why should some poor person on the end of the phone have to take crap from you just because you're in a filthy mood? And now, you want a pound of flesh as well?

Hopefully one customer service agent will have a hungry family soon.

BTW it's worth remembering that most customer service calls are recorded and they probably have you on tape "objecting to the call in no uncertain terms", which is probably not going to help your case. Hopefully they'll treat your letter with the disdain it deserves!
If I don't respond to your posts, it's probably because you're on my 'Ignore' list.
