T-Mobile is a huge company and any bad press they get has got to hurt them, If any employee of mine sent a customer something like that they would be sacked on the spot and would pay out compensation to the customer. The company will not be aware of what has happened but contact them straight away and tell them what has happened, they cant sweep it under the carpet if you take a picture of it, and do tell them you are going to take it further, newspapers etc,0 -
What was the conversation in the first call when they rang you??
Surely you asked why they are asking for a payment which isn't due yet?Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

they do it every month. the calls start always on the date the bill is generated until the payment is made, from 100's of different extensions, so the calls are pretty difficult to block.
they say im called automatically ?0 -
because its a sexual swear word, would ofcom or the police be interested?
surely in our much over legislated society there is a law about that stuff0 -
I very much doubt your contract would be ended because of this, it's more likely you'll be offered an apology and possibly a credit to your account, the guy who did this would more than likely get the boot.
I don't understand why they're hassling you for money BEFORE it's due though. You should complain about this harrassment as well.0 -

Not really. It is an individual from T Mobile. It wasn't an official communication from them0 -
