Have lost 3 pounds but the important thing is.....the thingy on the scales is now to left of a stone marker not to the right.
Son in bed having done the last of a stint of 8 12-hour night shifts, so can't do any noisy housework, like tidying cupboards, hoovering or cleaning the bathroom, or dusting ( very noisy stuff , dust!) so will have to sit and watch Olympics instead.
Laer on though, today looks like being a clear day, so once shopping is done, will go out on bike.

I lost 1lb this week! I'm sure my scales are wrong, will double check when I next go to tesco's.
Not what I expected but better than nothing:o , I did expect abit more after all the exercise and my trousers are feeling looser round my thighs and bum.
However, last week when I first started on my treadmill it took me 32mins and 39secs to do 5 laps and this week it only took me 30mins 37secs so I must be getting fitter :j . Next weeks goal is to get it below 30 mins  . I wish I could get out on my bike though, the weather here as been awful.
Well done on all the lbs & £'s girlies, everyone is doing really well!!:T

Am pleased to report a loss of 4lb this week ! My first week so very pleased and all i've done is cut down on my portion sizes and eat small meals regularly.
Can't put £4 in the pot yet though as I'm brassic until Tuesday ! lol
Am going to visit my parents on Weds for a week so not sure how i'll get on but want to try really hard not to pig out (we've got a birthday party over the weekend too). I am really going to try hard and eat smaller portions so hopefully it will minimise the 'damage' I might do !
How's everyone else doing?:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
I'm not weighing myself this week, it's that time of the month so i know I won't have lost anything and don't want to depress myself. lol On the plus side I haven't actually bought anything bad in two weeks, there was unfortunately a big box of chocs and a box of york fruits at work this week...:o and some delicious buns......:o

yey, well done you.
I went to Blackpool, with my elastic band on my wrist and i didnt eat rubbish, it worked! i normally have something from thorntons (even tho weve got one here!) and always always get dohnuts but i didnt, drank loads tho ha ha and totally enjoyed it, i danced all night too so i reckon that probably used up a few calories.
my weigh day is Wednesday so ive only got tomorrow to go, need to have a nice salad for dinner then something light for tea, im going for 2lb, will take me to my 10%...as in 10% of my body weight lost for those that dont know.
have a good week everyone and keep it up.0 -
