Hi everyone,
Back from hols on Saturday night and have just been shopping at Mr Ts so am starting in earnest tomorrow:D . Got lots of fresh fruit and I have lots of fresh veg in my garden so should have a good week (not bought anything naughty !)
Holiday lbs gained wasn't as bad as I thought (just 2lb:j ) but we did a lot of walking about so I think that's what helped !
Will be reading back through the thread this evening but I hope everyone had a great first week !:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
hello girls
Went out and got meself a sealed money tin (you can only open with a can openener) and popped my three pound into it today, so am happy about that.
Tractor Girl - don't say 'just 1/2 lb for me' that brilliant, it always slows down when you start to lose and at least your heading the right way!! Welldone!
LMS - Go you with all your excercise your more motivated than me...can't stand it!!!
jtb2412 - hope you had a lovely time hun and well done on your very slight gain...my mum put 10lb on, on her holiday!!! So you could get that off in like a week if you wanted to!! Go girl!!!

Oh another thing I was going to ask about this water thing...I'm getting really tired of drinking just water and have tried all the 'adding bits of fruit' thing to it but it really didnt make much difference. Is it really bad if I used some no added sugar juice to it? my DH seems to think it wont matter but I'm not so sure.....?

No Added Sugar squashes are fine. And so are Robinsons no added sugar Fruit & Barley waters. :j
Over on the Slimmimg World thread, we swear by Diet Tonic water! You can get it with a hint of lemon or a hint of lime (and Morrisons do a hint of Cranberry as well)
I also really like Asda's Diet Bitter Cranberry (like Bitter Lemon, but Cranberry) but despite its name I find it quite sweet and have it 50:50 with diet tonic. They are doing any 4 x 1 litre bottles of tonic, bitter lemon, bitter Cranberry for £1.50 at the moment.
In fact all diet drinks are fine! We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Currently takling Barclaycard - £67/£350Debt free date October 2014:jDoing it for my girlies!!:j38lbs lost in 2011SW for May 8lb/7lb0 -
woo hoo, lost 3.5 this week, after losing 6.5 last week i was ginna b happy with 'stayed the same' so that means ive lost 10lb in 2 weeks!
Ive had a couple of weeks of treatment at the dentist and that has helped me loads. My jeans are getting looser, and ive had to do my belt up 2 more notches so to say im happy would be an understatement!!!
Hope i dont keep losing at this rate or im gonna be skint!0 -
I am so happy :j
Lost 2lb this week but it shifted me down into the next stone bracket and I haven't been in that bracket since..... omg I cant even remember .. but at least 13 years :rotfl:
