Only just seen your reply toffee thankyou. I know for a fact I would eat the WHOLE pack of biscuits, they wouldn't even touch the sides lol
I'm going to a family night tonite and a farm nearby and they have a cafe, i think I'll maybe treat myself to a cake or packet of crisps when I get there.
I wouldn;t say I'm really craving chocolate, I seem to have broken that habit, i think I just want something filling and enjoyable if that makes sense, i'm sure you all know what I mean lol
since the 1st of Aug I've been cooking meals in the slow cooker and money saving and I think it;s just taking its toll on me...9 days..i'm not very good am I lol I think if I maybe take today off I can get my head back into it again.

Awww thanks NW-ANGEL... it sure does help having people in the same situation. I'm gonna go get in the shower and have some painkillers to get rid of the headache and to be honest I'm already feeling better just thinking about!

Hi guys
I got back from my London trip last night, I'm absolutely exhausted and I need a new pair of feet as I've worn mine out lol :rotfl: . I've done my weigh in this morning and as I guessed it I've put on a few extra pounds.
So far today I've eaten 1 bowl of cereal for breakfast, 2 crumpets for lunch and I'm having chicken, homemade wedges and veggies for tea. I have also drunk loads of water and took the dog for an hour long walk. (I'm looking after a friends dog while she's on holiday, they dropped her off this morning).
Well done on your weight loss this week everyone :T !

Hi all
Think I need some new scales. Have been REALLY good all week, not very DFW, but to give myself a kick start have been eating in the canteen in work, green salad, jacket spud, cottage cheese, and have lost not a single pound. Have even cycled to the station so been exercising more. Feel a bit gutted.
May just go and weigh myself in Boots instead!Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
