  • Well I have managed to stay the same!

My approach to healthy living is to make one change at a time so that I can replace bad habits with good habits at a managable pace.

With the recent changes in my life all my good habits have slipped and so I am going back to basics so my plan for next week is:

Keep a food diary so I can see what changes need to be made
Do exercise DVD at least 3 times over the next week
Drink my 2ltrs of water daily

Good luck all for next week-

    :T £3 saved here too:j :j

My last weigh in for a while as I'm away for a bit.

Brilliant everyone we're getting off to a good start :T

The last week hasn't been too bad at all, just cutting out the snacks during the day and evening 'nibbles' while watching TV. I haven't excerised this week either, so I'll be sorting that out over the next few weeks.

  • Aww thats amazing everyone!!!!!! =) Im really really happy today, am sooo positive!!!! Things are looking up for me finally after a few dark months and it's all thanks to you lot! I've decided I'm gonna spend the money on a brand new hairdo, cuz I'll be all skinny!!! hahaha my DH says I can lose weight but not off my boobs (typical!!)

Am sat here now with my pint of water...anyone who is doing this water thing...I don't know if this will help but what I do is fill an empty 2 litre bottle full of tap water and stick it in the fridge overnight, then drink throughout the next day. it's lovely as it's chilled and it's just so easy...and I also have a smaller bottle in case I'm going out. And then at the end of the day, fill it up again. it's great because you know how much you have drank. What I was going to ask is if it is ok for me to drink Diet Coke as well? If not then I've got a huge problem because I am a major coke addict (diet coke that is!!)

AAAARGH gtg, DS has just peeled the picture off my mouse mat!!!
