    Hi all

Think I need some new scales. Have been REALLY good all week, not very DFW, but to give myself a kick start have been eating in the canteen in work, green salad, jacket spud, cottage cheese, and have lost not a single pound. Have even cycled to the station so been exercising more. Feel a bit gutted.Dont be youve made positive steps :T

May just go and weigh myself in Boots instead!
it takes time and will depend on how much you have to lose...youve also probably toned lots of muscles cyclin and muscles weigh heavier than fat ;) so chin up! Toffee will tell you to dust down and look forward to the new week ;)

    Have a great time hun!!!

URGH I ate looaaaaaads last night and drank loads too, my mates little sister makes the most gorgeous chocolate brownies I have ever tasted in my life! Nevermind.....will be extra good today (although my husband says he fancies a full english...but trying to persuade him to leave it for another day!)

I had some good news. It was my friend Chris and Emma's engagement party last night and I was asked to be bridesmaid!! they are getting married in 2010 so I have even more of an insentive (how do you spell that?!!?!? can't be bothered looking!) than a free trip abroad (my mum has said when I lose 4 stone she will take me abroad for a long weekend):j

Anyways all the girls got drunk  and decided to go and watch Mamma Mia (what a fantastic feel good film!!!) but I prided myself and did not buy any sweets or popcorn!!! :j

Big up to my DH...who said I could go and he would gome home to relieve his mother from babysitting duties!! :T

Hey everyone, this week I lost 3lbs, putting another £3 in my jar! That makes a total of £42.50! Woo hoo!
It also means that I have reached my 3 stone award!

I haven't been checking in on this because I have a bit of a phobia of long threads, I just can't seem to keep up with them. But anyway I weighed myself today and haven't lost anything. I haven't gained either though which I'm considering a positive, as I've had a really stressful week and I've been eating rubbish like a pig.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

  • Hi guys
Glad to see you all well and motivated!!:T

NW-Angel - I hope all this exercise pays off when I weigh in next week
moneypooh - hope you have a fab time!
Well done furr on your weight loss that's fantastic!
Toffee - thats lovely news being asked to be a bridesmaid and as you say a fab incentive!

I was a little naughty yesterday and I ate 3 small pieces of fudge :o, DS opened a pack we brought back from London, I was proud of myself in a way because I would have eaten more than that before (ie the whole pack!).

Anyway, I done 30 minutes power walking on the treadmill and took the dog for a long walk yesterday. I done another 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning, I haven't walked the dog yet today so that will be abit more exercise. I'm concentrating more on the exercise as I'm so unfit and need to get my big bum moving and into shape.

    Take care all!!
