Im really really happy today, am sooo positive!!!! Things are looking up for me finally after a few dark months and it's all thanks to you lot! I've decided I'm gonna spend the money on a brand new hairdo, cuz I'll be all skinny!!! hahaha my DH says I can lose weight but not off my boobs (typical!!)
Am sat here now with my pint of water...anyone who is doing this water thing...I don't know if this will help but what I do is fill an empty 2 litre bottle full of tap water and stick it in the fridge overnight, then drink throughout the next day. it's lovely as it's chilled and it's just so easy...and I also have a smaller bottle in case I'm going out. And then at the end of the day, fill it up again. it's great because you know how much you have drank. What I was going to ask is if it is ok for me to drink Diet Coke as well? If not then I've got a huge problem because I am a major coke addict (diet coke that is!!)
AAAARGH gtg, DS has just peeled the picture off my mouse mat!!!
I do so love you! You are such a funny bibbly person! Fab motivator for sure! In my experience the first place the bleeding weight comes off of is my boobs!! So back to a flat pancake for me ... Diet coke is free on the slimmers world diet because of the lack of sugar in it. Take from that what you will!!0 -
Oh Well. Just weighed myself and have stayed the same. However on a positive note my jeans are feeling a bit looser so the exercise must be doing me some good. Not going to let it get me down will carry on and hopefully next week the loss will be showing on the scales.0

HEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!
I'm about a centimetre away from sending my daughter to the shop for some biscuits to go with my brew. I've got a headache and a sore throat and I feel like crap and all I wanna do is eat something bad!!!I've got nothing in the house that would even class as a treat, I've had Jelly but thats not very filling!
And to make it worse I've no money in other than coppers or my £ for lb savings so it'd have to come out of that.
I'm not expecting a reply but just felt that if i write how I feel it might help me get through it.
My boyfriend has said if I hold out till monday when I get to his we'll have a treat for tea (hopefully KFC hehe) I'll try my best.Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

Don't deny yourself things because you will just be miserable and fall off the wagon harder hun.
Just try and eat a few (instead of half a packet like I used to!)
Sometimes, when I have a craving for Chocolate I just have a square, at the end of the day, all the squares taste the same, and you'll have the taste from the first square still in your mouth (ok now I sound like a freak, hope you understand what im saying like!)
But even if you do cave in and eat a whole pack of biscuits, thats ok.....Just try and think of things to balance it out (i.e. a long walk or a lighter meal for tea)
Aww good luck, I know what 'down days' are like, The McDonalds wrapper in the bin is evidence of that!

We will all have these weeks in the next few months hun, and you need to be the one picking us up after it, as you've experienced it first!
Don't let it get you down, like a wise owl on here said, it's not gonna happen overnight.
You only got a problem if your just not bothered about putting on and dont intend to change anything.
AI dont know if this applies but also think that sometimes your body retains water (monthlies)
Brush off, chin up, new week  (low calorie beer!)

Well done on having half suger bacardi breezers instead of WKD, it might not seem like alot of difference but like they say...small steps! It shows you're committed lol
Diet coke only works as part of a calorie controlled diet. Not that I really know what that means haha! I don't even know how many calories we're allowed a day and I never look at the calorie content of things. I think we all know what we're meant to eat and what we're not.
Enjoy your BBQ tonite. Hope the weather's better for you, it's chuckin it down in cumbriaInitial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

agree with Toffee - dont deny yourself - ive just had a "nutty bite" similar to a snickers but half the size and i keep them in the fridge - go really chewy and satisfy at half the fat intake ....i only had a lil choc on one day last week and i fancied it now too so ive had it - now i think i'll stop obsessin and cravin for anothe few days - so have somethin really nice but just a small bit xx
if your not too well its a good excuse in my eyes
hugs
