Good luck for tomorrow.
I do have days like that but i just enjoy them because it doesn't happen very often lol
treat yourself to a curly wurly but remember it's a treat!! This dieting malarky isn't easy is it. I've been dieting on and off for 9 years now and this time round is the best I've been. I've got it in my head that if I'd have carried on all those times I wouldn't be where I am on now so this time I'm not giving up until I reach my goal weight. I know it isn't going to be easy but I'm gonna take the rough with the smooth !! It's gonna be a very long jouneyInitial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

cant believe how good I was the beginning of the week then how very naughty towards the end. Well I could not resist the reduced doughnuts last night in sainsburys although at first I said I'll just get these for oh when I got home I had to have one but then I made him scoff the rest before I could grab another. And then I've had my burger whilst out with the kids today but hopefully I've been running around enough to burn it off. But normally I'd just have whatever I want whenever so I must be doing better than normal. I'm gonna try swimming on friday night as its ladies night.0

Wahey!!We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Oh my dear lord. Shock of my life....I've lost 3lb!!! whooooop
Don't know how the bluddy hell I did that, I think I slightly got away with it this week, but it's a good stepping stone, only way is down from here!
Well done to all those who lost, and to all those who gained, chin up, brush down, and start anew whis week
I really believe we can do this, if we just stick together and talk about things, we'll be reet.
