    Hi

Noticed I am not on the list either. Think I was on it at number 31 a few posts back but seem to have disappeared.

Was feeling lazy last night and wasn't going to do exercises dvd but made myself do it. I have not really cut down on food yet so will need to make a start on that in the next few days. One step at a time as they say.

Would anyone mind if I join, think this challenge is an excellent idea.

I have around 2 stones to lose, my little girl asked me this morning if all mummies were fat :( broke my heart and really spured me on as she starts school in January and I don't want to show he up on the school playground!

Am more determined, love the idea of losing pounds and getting real pounds in return - genius!!!!

I'm already having a good day, just turned down a filthy bit of chocolate cake for a friends birthday at work!! Is there a particular weigh in day, or do we all post when we can??

I'm doing Slimming World, and when I want chocolate, I have a Toffee (or is it fudge?) Muller light yogurt - it satisfies the craving and is totally FREE!! :T

Hi all, my SW class leader told us last week that you can have 7 (yes 7!) original crackerbread as one of your healthy b's. Yesterday I ate 4 at lunchtime with bacon and eggs, then last night had 3 with a thin spread of nutella on them- YUM!
The nutella is 4 syns per tablespoon, I had in between a teaspoon and a tablespoon so I guessed that at 3 syns.
Try it, its WELL worth it!
