    Hi all

Have had a good first day.

Have borrowed a friends exercises dvd. It has Rosemary Conley and Coleen Nolan. I did the warm up which was 8 minutes. Aerobics which is 10 mins and the cool down which lasted for 5 mins. There is other sections for hips, thighs etc but wanted to start of light as I haven't done any exercise for that long.

Sitting here feeling chuffed with myself for actually doing something and not just thinking about it.

Can I join too please? £102 to gain is a much better thought that 102lb to loose. :o

Hehe It's DH's birthday and our wedding anniversary tomorrow so I cooked a big old chicken roast and baked apples for dessert. Ah well I was good and boiled up the carcass and made homemade soup to take to work tomorrow.

Only just seen this also via slimming world thread. I weighed 11.10 2 weeks ago and have now dropped to 11.6 so I have lost 4lb in 2 weeks. I shall add that £4 to my pot as my starter. My weight in day is a Friday. Good luck one and all!!. Oh yes I want to drop to 9st 9lb. So I dunno how much dosh that is to gain? I'm useless at maths. Off to bed now. X

Hello, sorry wasnt around much yesterday...I was feeling guilty...I'm finding this so hard...anyhoo we went to pizza hut and I had two slices of pizza :( ....but, I did have a salad bowl too and it was the only thing I ate all day! (felt so guilty afterwards) Also started drinking a litre of water a day, although I found I got a headache....did anyone else find this?!?! I did do a lot of walking yesterday pushing the pram up lots of hills so hopefully worked that pizza off!

Anyways, back on track today...I must say...I haven't had a DROP of chocolate since Friday...which is never heard of from me!!

Hello to all the newcomers and thank you so much for joining, good luck and well done to those who have lost loads already!!

Honestly, I know I've said this a trillion times but I'm so amazed at all the support on here...so once AGAIN! THANKYOU!!!!
