I'll be weighing myself tomorrow because I want to do it at boots and can't get there till then.

I'm going to try a diet where I don't eat anything after 5pm. I heard about it on the radio a month or two ago and tried it, lost a couple of pounds then went away, put it back on and didn't really get into the habit again when I got back. I'm also going to make sure I have breakfast every day, I'm not too good at doing that so it'll be a bit of a challenge. And I'm going to try and drink lots (don't like the taste of water here though so it'll be squash), and have plenty of fruit teas because they make me feel full and like I've had something nice.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • I have a confession....I had chicken fried rice for tea :(

    ....................but I made it myself!!!!

Got that Tilda egg fried rice (which isnt that bad!) cooked some chicken breasts, cut them up and lobbed that in with a sliver of ham and some peas and ham, tipple of soy sauce and a splash of sherry.....mmmmmmm delicious!!!!

dont feel too bad surely thats a better option than getting a chinese.

Had the house to myself all day but didnt do my dvd or anything, i did clean the oven but that is hardly gonna help me shift the pounds. If the weather is the same tomorrow (ie not raining) then I'll go for a bike ride with OH at least I'll only have to tow 1 child then. Got a busy week coming up so long as the good weather holds out hopefully get a bit of excerise whilst I'm out. I'm a little concerned I'm not doing enough now dd is off preschool but I've been potty training ds and he seems to have got the hang of it so we should be able to get out more now, just take loads of spare clothes for just incase.

Am feeling peckish so gonna snack on some celery.

    Hi

Do you mind if I join in a bit late. Just found this thread and as I have been feeling a bit overweight and unfit lately and need motivation. This thread is perfect.

Only trouble is hubby away to chinese for takeaway and wine as we speak, so will need to start tommorow.

Have recently went from a 14/16 to a 16/18 and they way I am over eating at the mo it will not be long before I go up in suze again.
