Wow, there are so many people joining up! Brilliant thread idea :money:
I am 143 lb and will try and get to 132 lb. £5 per lb.
A good tip is that often your body confuses thirst for hunger. If you feel hungry have a glass of water and then wait ten minutes and see if you still feel hungry.
I cut out bread from my diet and it's really made a difference.
Also, don't try and do too much. If you cut out everything you like you will want to "rebel" and will probably binge. It's better to have a little of what you fancy.Total Debt: £0 [STRIKE]£33,043[/STRIKE]

Just made myself THE nicest chips, just peeled and chopped potatoes and cut them into large chunkcy chips shapes, sprayed and oven tray with fry light, put chips on, bladdered them with fry light and stuck em in the oven for half an hour till they were golden crispy on the edges....delicious!!! felt naughty but good at same time!

Anyone doing the grocery challenge too? I've just meal planned for the week, not necessarily all low-fat healthy but all made from scratch :j I'm going to have to clear out the conservatory and get on that treadmill.
Just had 3 giant chocolate buttons, DH now made me an accessory to eating DS's choccys for being a brave boy (he burnt his hand on the iron yesterday)

Interesting but, can you seriously carry 3 litres of water around? that's 5.27pints:eek: I can't put 5 pints in my handbag! :rotfl:Maybe it can count into my exercise regime :rotfl: How much time would you spend on the loo aswell? There's also the bloating yourself out with water so you don't feel hungry... I get that sometimes you think you are hungry when you are thirsty but if you are full of water you wont be so hungry anyway, will eat less and lose weight.
Food for thought as they say!
