well, I have halved the amount of cereal I had this morning by using a smaller bowl......im gonna start byu just halving my portions of everything and trying to do some excercise and see how I get on with that!

Would love to go running but this is a rwlally built up area and I am quite big so don't really want to make a fool of myself.

Thats why I'm looking into dvds!

also a question for everyone, what are you all gonna be drinking?

At the minute I'm just sticking to plain water which I dont mind drinking but just wonder what else is not too bad.

I was drinking lots of concentrated fruit juice but i havent bought any this month because although I'm supposed to dilute it I know I wont half the time. I also have the odd coffee although not too bothered about this I would have a couple of sugars in it if I did have any.

Tea and coffee are fine if you don't have sugar or swap for sweeteners. One small glass of fruit juice will count towards your 5 a day. Diet fizzy drinks are fine too as is the old faithful, water :T
