  • I am having a really rough trott at the minute which is why I ain't been around. having lots of problems with my boys and lots of extra worries, (might have to frantically look for another job) so havent really had time to eat or drink anything of substance and when I do eat is crap. putting it down to a bad week, will start again on friday.

Im sorry i'm being a bit of a hypocryte about all this but am at a really low point at the minute.

Good luck and well done to everyone...really made up for yas. Will weigh myself on friday and bring bad news then!!!

I've not been on for a while coz I've been away and I've been really depressed which has never happened to me before (had the contraceptive implant put in so I'm putting it down to that) but I just havent been bothered with anything. Anyways on the plus side I lost 3.5 last wednesday. Unfortunatly I still haven't put the money back in my pot so I've not saved any £'s but I'll put them in as soon as I can afford it.
Weigh day again tomorrow and although I'd love to lose half a lb to have lost 10% of my body weight, i've not had the greatest of weeks. I'll just wait and see what tomorrow brings.

  • Hello all- well done to those losing weight and keep going to everyone else- the effort will pay off in the end- I didnt weigh in last week as we had guests and I forgot!! oops! Pretty sure I will be showing a gain when I weigh this week however I am pretty happy because I am exercising again which is something I have missed. All my muscle ache but it is all good. Walked today for 90 mins- not entirely by choice hubby took my car so had to walk everywhere today.

    Good luck all for WI

well im feeling pretty proud of you Bowski, but a little disappointed with myself for putting on 1.5lbs tho, i think im the first to put on, what should i do, think i might keep the money in my pot or maybe add £1.50 to it? what do you think? what are you all doing?

    This week im going to...
    1. drink plenty of water
    2. go on my bike for the first half of big brother every night
    3. not snack between meals

Good luck to me for that, its not too much to ask is it!

I wouldn't add anything to it Nic. Just leave it as it is. When ya lose that 1.5lb again you can put ya £1.50 in so overall you'll have more £'s in your pot that you've lost lb's so that alrite!

Try and be good this week, you can lose that 1.5 next week. plan plan plan, try and focus...you can do it!!! (no crisps, chocolate, chips etc.)

Have just updated my sig, I am SO chuffed, 5 1/2 lost this week. Can't explain why I flatline for a few weeks and then lose, but to see it is great.

Hope you have a good weekend Toffee, sounds like you need it! I've just noticed you've lost 3lb so far, that's really good. Just think it's better off than on coz if you'd put 3lb on instead of off you'd be 6lb heavier than you are now!! That's the way I think anyways lol
Maybe try and not go mad with your eating this weekend but be relaxed and treat yourself more than you would if you were at home and dieting. Start again next week, you can do it,we all can, we're all in it together!

Pollysg, can;t believe you lost 5.5lb..thats excellent. I hope you can afford to keep up lol Do you often flatline for a few weeks then lose big amounts?
