bauctu you're allowed cake and chocs on ya birthday so don't worry about it. The good thing about this thread is its still here even when you've fallen off the wagon for few days/weeks. We all know what it's like, we all have our moments.
Coming back on here tho after my couple of weeks off has spurred (sp?) me on again. it's good to read about people doing well.
Keep it up everyone. tomorrow is the start of a new week so whoever needs to brush off and start again now's as good a time as any!Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

Oh dear Lord, I have the pot and all the money still in it, but just can't get back on track! I've tried and tried and tried. I think its lack of excercise, but just discovered a lake at the bottom of our street so will have a walk around that as much as I can. I don't know what is wrong with me (I've got the implant too.....???) I just get these urges.
Sod the excuses though...think I need a reet good kick up the backside.
Can any one be of assistance........??

I'm sorry I don't have any words of wisdom for you toffee. Do you have anything to aim for as an incentive? How about food diary? Would that make you think about what you eat? Sorry I can't help you, just try your best. it will come back to you I'm sure.Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

Hiya everyone, sorry not been around I started working again in august, only part time at Asda but have been so tired and its been difficult to plan diet so I didnt weigh in for a while, fell off the wagon a bit and had a couple of take aways then weighed on my mums scales and they said I hadnt lost or gained anything so I figured it was time to get serious about it again especially pleased I hadnt put it all back on. Weighed in at boots this morning again and have lost another 3 lbs so that brings my total up to 8lbs and am now exactly 12 st so only 2 1/2st to go. I think the lose this week is purely down to DD being back at preschool and the weather being nice enough to walk her there and back for exercise.
Ds is on holiday next week so I'll be able to go swimming whilst dd is at preschool and hopefully have another good week.0 -
Bowski - hope you feeling better now!
Toffee - I read somewhere that when you lose weight, you hit a plateau while your body adjusts to the changes you are making, then you will start to lose weight again (if that makes sense?). Definately agree with a food diary, I did this a few months ago and it was a real eye-opener i was surprised how much i actually ate! ((hugs)).
MERFE - Well done on your weight loss!
Well I've lost another 2lb this week! I really don't know howbut I'm happy as that brings my total to 10lb (or £10!!)
I tried a size 12 pair of trousers on today and could just squeeze into them, so I reckon if I lose a few more pounds and I could buy them (with the money I've saved of course)
Everyone is doing really well. Next week is a new week and a fresh start!
Take care ladies

Thanks LMS... I'm feeling better now thanks
I lost half a lb this week which I am really happy with as I've been eating again (not all good either...eek!!)
Still no money in my jar tho lol I haven't had any child support for weeks now and I'm totally skint. It annoys me because I still have to pay my rent/council tax if I recieve child maintenance or not! I do get it eventually in a lump sum now and again but thats no good when my rent needs paying weekly...rant over with lol
LMS thats great you've lost 10lb, double figures is a bit of a milestone isn't it and you're so close to that stone now!
MERFE...well done on losing 8lb and getting yourself a part time job, hope you're enjoying it, even tho it's tiring!
TOFFEE of you're reading this but not posting then I hope you're ok and will be back with us soon!!
Hope everyone else is doing ok too, it's not always easy to find the time to come on here, especially if you're not doing too great but remember we all know what its like to fall off the wagon.
Hope you all have a good weekend.....Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

oh that's lovely! and a great incentive !!!
I think you should start on Monday. Mondays are always a good day to start a diet. Get rid of everything out of your cupboards the rest of this week, stock up on healthy food on sunday and write some meal plans out (if you get chance for all that of course!) That should give you a bit of a head start.
You WILL get there, it's hard but you can do it!!
Don't ever be ashamed to post !! I put 1.5lb on this week but i;m ok with that as I deserved to put alot more on. I'm going to try my best to shift that next week.Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

Aww Toffee thats lovely! and a great incentive for you. Definatley agree with the monday as a starting point as it is the start of a fresh week! Good Luck and can't wait to read your progress next week
.
Bowski - sorry about your gain this week, hope you can shift it over the next week
I've lost another 2lb and £2 has gone into my pig - I need to raid it this weekend as I need to buy some new trousers for work as the ones I've got are rather big round the thighs now.
I'm full of a rotten cold at the moment and haven't been on my treadmill for a couple of days now as I can hardly breathe but I'm feeling really guilty about it. Hopefully if I rest over the weekend I can start again next week, I would love to lose another 2lb next week and reach my first target of 1 stone.
Have a good week ladies and see you next week.
