  • I forgot to come on last week, I lost a half pound going to put 50p in the pot just to make me feel better lol. I have my weigh in again tonight so hopefully have more to put in then.

How are the rest of you getting on?
  • I've weighed in today (a day early for me but I couldn't wait until tomorrow!) and I've lost 2lb:j . Whoo hoo I'm well pleased so £2 has been put into my piggy. This is great motivation!

I've even managed to get my 6 laps on the treadmill down from 36mins to 30mins 15 seconds this week too so I'm well chuffed with that too!
I've even been for a bike ride today and didn't get out of breath so easily like I normally do so I must be regaining some of my fitness back - still a long way to go though:p

Next week is going to be really tough as I will be back at work and I am really going to struggle with my excercise until I can reorganise my routine.

Well done on the lb's & £'s chicks you're all doing really well!!

    See you next week

Yep, I put 2lbs on too! Does this mean I can take £2 out and spend it???!

So I sympathise, but I don't quite know how it happened except that I went to a different class, maybe their scales are slightly different. Back to normal this week though.

    Take care everyone

Sorry I havent been posting much, had a lot of things going on and have barely had time to get on here.

I have to confess that I've kinda gone off the rails and haven't actually been on the scales in over 2 weeks:o

I faithfully promise to update and make another go at this challenge, I still have money in my pot that has been un touched so onwards and upwards from here!!

Glad to see people still posting and losing the weight.

    Note to self....must try harder......

    I'm back !!!

~I've had a terrible time about the last 4-5 weeks. I've been really down and anxious and not been able to eat. one week I ate about a day's worth of food. I can;t be bothered cooking so havent had 1 piece of veg for weeks! I'm going to get my implant out on tuesday so hopefully I'll start eating again but it's going to be really hard to keep on track. I've lost 17lb in the last 5 weeks and I know I can put that straight back on too blummin easy!
I've got back down to nothing in my jar but as long as I keep up to date on here, i know how much i owe on it and it will go back in eventually.

I'm looking forward to tuesday and getting my life back on track. I've lost my boyfriend in the process but hey ho, I'll have more time for posting on here lol

Hope everyone comes back soon, it's been a great thread!

  • (((Hugs Bowski))) Hope you feeling better soon and I hope you don't put back on too much of the weight you've lost!
I nearly fell of my scales this morning when I weighed in. I've lost 4lb!!:j . I'm so chuffed :D

So that brings my overall total to 8lb! Luckily I had the £4 to put in my piggy.
It's been a real struggle to do my exercise whilst working but I've perservered (sp?) and looks as though its paying off ;) .

Everyone is doing really well though, come on ladies you can do it!!

    Keep up the good work!

    Take care

Thanks LMS...I'm just waiting for Tuesday now, but I'll be !!!!!!ed if I don't feel better won't I lol I'm 99% certain it is the implant tho. I'm hoping I won't be able to go back to eating the way I used to, I used to think I had a binge eating disorder where as now my stomach must have shrunk a fair bit and hopefully when I do start eating again it will be small portions.

Well done on losing 8lb, thats brilliant. I'm hoping to start some exercise soon, bit scared to at the mo with not eating. I've got a sponsored walk at the end of the month so I'm hoping to do a fair bit of walking the next few weeks. There's 5 or 17 miles, I think I'll do the 5 miles, doesnt seem like far but I don't even walk as far as the corner shop. I've not got my car for a few days so will have to walk everywhere this weekend (in my wellies as all my shoes are soaked from today!) It's a start I guess. When I'm back in work next thursday, if its not raining i'll consider walking home (4miles)

pollysg Don't take the money out what you put on, leave it in coz when you lose that 2lb,you'll have to put another £2 in your pot so overall you'll have more £ than lost lb , but thats not a bad thing is it! Plus it doesnt seem right to spend it when you put on, that would seem like treating yourself for puttin on and I dont think thats the idea haha! (not that I can talk coz I've spent all my saving, but it's been essentials, not treats lol)
