I already have 2 contracts with Vodafone for my daughters and as my contract, with Orange , is running out I tried to call to see what deals you could offer me, but the lines were busy, when I got through, the phone went dead, so I decided not to try again, but to email for details. This was about a week ago and I have not received any response - so it looks like O2.

The best, cheapest and safest way to get an iphone is to NOT get one.

Get a HD2. It walks alll over the iprone. Forget the 'apps' the core technology of apple is poor in comparison.

With the refurbs, does anyone know, do you get everything you would get in the iphone box, justt in an O2 box?

I was offered an Iphone as upgrade on one of my three contracts. Didnt work out any cheaper than going to o2 or one of the others though. Apparently they told me it was "select" premium customers only, I assumed it was a sales pitch to make me think they valued my custom.

I wanted a 3gs 18gb model (refurb or normal) 600-800mins and 500-1000 txts.

I upgraded last Friday. Got the 16g 3gs iPhone for £59, 600 mins, 500 texts and unlimited WiFi, data and o2 to o2 calls. My other half has tried to get the same deal since then, but hasn't managed it yet. Just have to keep trying with o2 these days!
