I got a refurb 16gb 3gs last week. It came in an o2 box with the earphones, charger and sim key

Hi I managed to get tesco to replace my iphone. However they did not pick up the faulty phone. They have just sent me a new one.

This happened 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know if im allowed to sell the old phone. My contract does not end for another 11 months.

I'd ring Tesco to check... if it's faulty, it'snot much good to you anyway and it isn't worth selling it then having Tesco ask you to send it back...

As Tesco is part of o2, is it possible to get free tesco to o2 calls?

My partner has been with o2 since December 07 and has never received an upgrade and we have recently got o2 broadband. I'm on 3, paying £26 a month for 1100 mix n match text/minutes which I find is a pretty good deal.

If we go to the o2 shop and ask for me to be given an iPhone as condition of our continued custom, will it be likely we'll get a discount. Is it also possible, if we're both on o2, just to swap handsets if they'll only give the discount to their existing customer, my partner?

Short answer no, The shop never give any deals you have to phone direct and speak to retentions, the shops only seem to be able to offer the standard published deals

Has anyone on orange managed to get a better deal on an iPhone 32 3GS as an upgrade? As opposed to the standard new customer prices?

Need an iPhone and am due an upgrade in two weeks with orange, just wondering whether to try, or whether it'll be a waste of time.
