I have had a good few days and weighed myself yesterday, although my offical weigh in day is monday I have a loss. However weekends are my downfall, tea at mil`s with cake and stuff for afters and then a night infront of a dvd with wine and stuff, sundays we normally have a takeaway plus more wine.
Maybe I should weigh in midweek or on a friday?
Wine and takeaway are a treat for being good all week!
Back to work on Monday for me, so i will take my lunch and healthy snacks, boys back at school weds so I will get exercise on the school run too.
Might be going to blackpool tonight to see the lights and fireworks,if we do think I will take a sandwhich and stay clear of chips and burgers etc!0 -
Just to let you know that I'm still a fully paid up reading member--I just haven't had anything interesting to say
Blubber is still wobbling rather than flapping in the breeze, but as long as it doesn't get worse, I'm OK with that. Obviously I want to wake up tomorrow being able to wear a 12, or even 14 would be very acceptable, but it ain't gunna happen any time soon so I'll carry on plodding away...
Bit O/T but can I say GOOD LUCK TOMORROW FROGGA! Have you got a clean hankie, new pencil case, your Kermit lunchbox all fresh & sparkly? What about nickie-nackies & socks--you don't want to be chasing around trying to match up odd ones...well ... not on the first day anyway

Thanks Mumma :A I am just about ready I think. I have butterflys in my tummy though
On Mon and tue it's just PD days so no Students til Wed.
I am feeling a bit, ney truth now Frogga you're amongst friends, a lot sad that I am returning to work after the summer and the Tadpoles are still off school. In my old job at the Uni I always had one extra week at home after they had gone to school. It was great because it allowed me to make sure they were ok and "settled" and it gave me a week at home to do a big clean up. I kind of feel like I'm abandoning them. Although they are now both at High School I've NEVER left them before, not even with my Mum  Mr Frog is off for 2 more days so he'll be at home with them but that's my jobFinding it a bit hard to let go me thinks. I doubt the Tadpoles could care  I hope not anyway.
I bought some new clothes last week. I bought one pair of plain black trousers and 1/2 dozen tops. They are only casual rugby shirt type tops and a fleecey and a jumper. They'll see me through a few months til I get into my old clothes. I'm hoping that the weather gets colder quickly so I wont be too hot  The only dress stipulation is "No Jeans" so I think I should be OK. The whole shopping experience wasn't too bad although I had really had had enough by the time we got to the 2nd shopbut I coped. The trousers are a size 18 which I was quite pleased with as I imagined I was at least a size 50
Guess things aren't that bad
One last thing, my faithfull blue fleecey went to the wardrobe in the skyI thought it was about time but it still hurts thinking about it as we've been through alot together and I'll miss it :A
Right, good luck to us all with the fight. New month tomorrow, New week, new start, renewed enthusiasm needed.
