I had an awful day at work today, was in at 8 (after brekkie of smoothie and coffee) and finished about 6, with not 5 minutes break all day. I didn't even get to eat my apple and orange :(
I did have A chocolate biscuit(tesco's finest, very rich ) in between ops and phone calls, but that was all
I got home and since then am having a (fair) few glasses of wine, have had some HM spag bol (70g pasta-not HM) and now waiting for the M&S creme brulee to cool down after me toasting the sugar (dine in for £10 is hard to resist!) . Was very tempted to just get pizza or stop for fish and chips on way home so at least resisted that.... :D
To top it off, remoska hasn't come yet...
Ah well, thank crunchie its friday, weekend will be a disaster when comes to eating and drinking, but monday is another day :rotfl:

Saversarn - you're right there are quite a few MIA at the moment, hope they are all ok.

    Hello all,

Weigh in this morning and I have stayed the same...serves me right for having some naughties last weekend!

Frogga is up to her tonsils ( do frogs have tonsils?) at present so is trying to avoid spending hours on here...Mr Frog is off work this week too....don't know where MrsMC is, probably wrestling a giant turnip out of her garden!

Congratulations to losers, keep going everybody

    Sleep well,

    Marie

Hmm can definately agree with that. Some days i just want to say $^(" it and start gobbling food. Other days i ask myself why i need to watch what i'm eating. My answer normally is that i'm a food abuser - and i need to keep my good habits in play to stop hating myself.

That being said - i still get days were i get fed up

From one fed up RAMBLER - big hugs
