    Evening all,

Not sure what I had to eat to-day...builder arrived to start kitchen at least 2 days earlier than expected, so threw me completely, cupboards not emptied so that took OH and me some of the morning, while builder worked around us removing doors etc...I no longer have a utility room, but kitchen is now 6.5 X 3 metres and looks great, even with half my presses gone out side and my ovens dumped and the whole place covered in dust!

Hoping to do a bit better on recollection tomorrow..had the usual weetabix with milk and banana, sandwich at some stage, fish and fried potatoes later, there were 3 chocolate biscuits and 2 coffees in there somewhere too.

    Sleep well all

    Just returned from the doctor.
He is very pleased that the medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol has worked and no side effects. He has upped my dosage and I will see him in two months time.
For the newbies I have M.E. (Chronic fatigue) and then recently diagnosed with Familial Cholesterolaemia.. that is my liver makes cholesterol because of a faulty gene.
Essentially I have to lose weight and take medication for the rest of my life. If I don't my life would be very short indeed!
He suggested that I take it slowly perhaps a pound a month so that it keeps off.
That is exactly what most of us here really want to do... lose weight and keep it off.
Whilst my challenge for September is 4lb loss a loss of 1lb is a steady though sure weigh (way!).
I find I am inspired by this thread and the virtual encouragement is awesome.
    Thanks

    Hi all,

Well although I haven't slipped up yet, I haven't done myself any favours by not eating breakfast and forgetting my lunch!

B: A sweaty apple I found in my desk drawer
L: No idea yet, going out for a mooch around and will see what I can find
D: Again not a clue, relying on OH who is cooking tonight but he knows the sort of thing thats good for me so I trust him :)

Hope everyone is having a fab day X
