Hello folks :hello:
Brekkie was poached eggs on rye toast with a little butter
We've been out walking most of the day, quite a strenuous uphill slog in parts, so lunch was hummus, beetroot and salad on rye bread, banana
We stopped at a tea shop and I just had a cuppa and NO CAKE:T :T
Tea was roast veg frittata with SW wedges and an Alpro dessert
Hopefully no visit from the toad tonight - I'll probably be asleep if he calls here:rotfl:
Newlywed - I just 'spoke' to Frogga and she's liking the new job, the other staff are really nice and welcoming, she's too busy to eat :T
September challenge - I was hoping to be at goal but I don't think I will be  so I'll be happy with 3lbs .0 -

Evening Gang :hello:
So started afresh (again!) yesterday. 1st of the month and back at work and all that.So far so good - have been writing it all down and so far have kept the toad at bay (well it is only two days
). But - work is awful at the moment so each day I keep on track is a bonus. I will have to work hard to stay away from the vino as well - that is usually my first port of call when stressed.
So - food:
Monday
B Muesli, greek yog and nectarine
L Egg salad sandwich, activia yog, orange
S Nectarine, plum and kiwi
D A sausage, small lamb chop and a kidney, mash and veg
Today
B Muesli, yog and kiwi
L Laughing cow and salad sandwich, yog and nectarine
S Plum and orange
D Salmon fishcake, salad and pasta salad
Sadly today on my post trip via the staff room I found cupcakes needing a good homeAlso two small diam bars fell out the fridge tonight (guess who went to Ikea last week!!)
So - let the hard work continue. Not weighed yet this week - probably thursday. Will then decide what my Sexy/Slinky/Super in September challenge will be.

Morning all,
Good day yesterday and back on track after a ropey weekend. Hoping to find somewhere I can go blackberry picking as I have tons of apples to use up so any recommendations for North West picking spots gladly sought.
B: 2 wholemeal toast with cheese spread
L: HM veg soupRoast chicken with sweet potato, stuffing, cabbage, carrots, broccoli and peas. Yum!
Off to the dentist today which I absolutely hate but at least the lovely clean feeling stops me snacking0 -
I weighed in this morning at 14.1 which is not that bad considering I've not really been watching what I eat and the lowest I've been is 13.11
So 4lbs on in about 5 months is not bad considering how many takeaways (including sausage rolls, pasties & cakes from the bakers) we've had the past few months, especially the last 6 weeks over the summer holidays.:D Now to see if I can get down below that magical figure of 13.1 for me which is the lightest I can remember weighing in at for the past 10 years
I'd like to get there by Christmas but doubt thats going to happen unless I majorly up my exercise and cut my portion sizes, both of which I'm working on
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
well I weighed in today at 11 stone 1/4 lb so that was a 1/4 loss (but got back on scales 30 seconds later and it was 11st 3/4lb so 1/4 lb gain )
I have my scales straight on a tiled bathroom floor, they are electronic salter body fat ones and cost about £50 (half price) a few years ago so it makes me SO mad they are not accurate!
Have had a really bad week TBH, last week we were short-staffed(2 down)and hectically busy-didn't actually get a lunch break 3 days running, this week we are only 1 person down and were fully staffed yesterday but still had about 20 extra appointments during the day (a whole other persons work!) so although have been having healthy(ish) and small portion dinners and juice for brekkie if there is chocolate or crisps hanging round at work I will snack on themand really haven't been in the mood for exercise when get home at 730 after working solidly from 9am!
Must try harder0 -
Did my WI on sunday but haven't had time to post yet. I've lost 1lb. Was hoping for a first-week dramatic weight loss but sadly not to be.....I don't normally lose much in the beginning anyway. But at least I've been good this week and I've been writing everything down religiously. I'm fasting for 6 hours today as I've a Ultrasound scan to check for gallstones. I know it's going to make things worse because once I can eat, I'll eat all around me! I've already had a snickers....
Plan for today
B(before fast): Porridge, 2xchocolate spread on toast, snickers:o ...
L:none
D:pasta & wild mushrooms
hugs to all who need and pats on back to the losers!
