Hi all, long time no speak from me
I was actually doing really well and dropped into the stone bracket beneath, then ruined it all by not finding the time to come here = me eating faaaaaar too much. In fact today I have eaten so much I feel sick  Anyhoo, I'm back on the wagon (yet again).
Not sure how you've all been doing as not had a chance to read back much yet, so congrats to all the losers and good luck to us all :T:xmassmile:rudolf:0 -

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, I was gardening on Sunday and managed to whang my ankle on a metal spike. Got shouted at by lovely friends who said I should wash it off, phooey says I, bit of blood and grass never did anyone any harm
And now it is infected and I have had to wear flip flops to work and I can't exercise
Which is why I just had a Magnum. There is logic in there somewhere, you just have to know where to look for it
Diet? What diet? I'm off home to eat spaghetti bolognaise for the 3rd day running :rolleyes:Comps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

Hey all!
Today was a bit more sucessful:
B: Cereal bar
L: :S Skipped, was busyIs now roast chicken and salad, after I forgot to get the curry out of the freezer
Still on my to do list is to get some of those £9.99 scales from Aldi
Will treat myself to a glass of wine tonight, as I've had a long tiring and stressful day. I also got some greek yog when I was shopping earlier, so yoghurt and honey may feature as a sweet treat either today to tomorrow
Hope all is well with everyone else,
Luv PGxx0 -
I've been too busy to eat much today thankfully -
breakfast - Aldi wholegrain yogurt
lunch - posh bread and cheeses again (but thankfully almost all gone now!)
tea - not sure yet, possibly just a bit of toast or some pasta
snack - a jelly sweet
AND I turned down a chocolate bar!
Tea (supper really) turned out to be half a value bag of tortilla chips and a load of salsa, at least there was some veg in there!0 -
Evening folks,
Had my toasted bacon sarnie for breakfast, then for dinner 2 grilled lamb cutlets with turnip and onion mash, one potato with gravy.
Plans for later are a banana and a Twinks hobnob...maybe a kiwi as well to lift the vitamin C a bit

Boiled eggs for brekki
Lunch after hospital DS wanted/needed a treat so he had a vegie burger in B King. I was good and had a salad, but was also bad as I had it with chips.
On the way home stopped off in a pound store and bought a multi pack of whotsits. I hate those things...so ate 3 packs before dinner. Which was pasta, quorn, mozzeralla with pesto peas and lettuce. She doesn't understand portion control so there was a huge bowlful to eat. All gone now. I bet I'm more stuffed than you.:rotfl: :rotfl:WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

Evening all
Now then ladies -avert your eyes if you are of a weak disposition where choccy is concerned , cos im about to post a recipe..but im not taking the blame for anyone making it and eating it all :rotfl:
CRANBERRY AND CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
makes 12
140 cals 5.5g fat 1.9g sat fat
Preheat oven to 180/350/gas 4- 50g plain choc -i used a 70% one with pieces of raspbery in
- 100g low fat spread
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbs cranberry sauce
- 2 eggs
- 150g caster sugar
- 40g SR flour
- pinch salt
- Melt 1+2 in a heavy based pan over a gentle heat, stirring until smooth -remove
- in a bowl beat 3-6
- pour in the choc mix, 7+8 an stir until combined -don't over work
- place in a lined 21cm square tin
- bake for 15-20 mins
- a cocktail stick should come out sticky when done
- allow to cool and cut into 12
I bet you could also replace the cranberry sauce with apple sauce
Instead of baking in a tin I spooned it into muffin papers (helps with portion control)and when baked they came about 2/3 of the way up...
Anyway i have tried them and nommy nommy nom nomand im not even that bothered about choc now days -but they are really nice -only had 1 mind :A :rotfl: the rest are going in the freezer in the morning
ooh and i still have the other 75g of the bar of choc :A i have stuffed it in the baking cupboard for the next lot
right i will get off for now...wont have my 25g of nuts/seeds/fruit to make up for the brownie..
talk to you all in the morning-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 - 50g plain choc -i used a 70% one with pieces of raspbery in

We had a little slip today, as I'm really struggling to get myself organised since being back at work. The cupboards were empty, so we went to Asda to buy lunch to take out with us (though not the usual KFC we would have opted for
) and they didn't have much left
. For that reason, I'm going to give up snacks completely for the rest of the week, I really want to make sure I shift at least 2lb this week!
B: Bran flakes
L: Hoisin duck wrap, Walkers Baked crisps, couple of picnic eggsSalmon wrapped in parma ham, with small jacket pot, and lots of salad, mmmmmm, delish!
If you have good thoughts, they'll shine out of your face like sunbeams & you'll always look lovely.0 -
