Right I'm going to book a holiday for about 10 weeks time and a pound a week would be great, so here goes fresh start number 206,327 (could this be the lucky one  )
B-small alpen (I measured 30g like mrsm it barely covered the bottom of the bowl:eek: )
L- Roast chicken leg with salad a teaspoon of olive oil
D- Past with tomato and chilli sauce (small bit of garlic bread)

I'm a bit hungry.... Melon isn't so filling
.. I would have that and then a bit of cereal, yogurt or something...
Saversarn ... 30g of meusli does look a bit like the bit you normally leave at the bottom of the bowl when you are full up doesn't it :rotfl: ... mine has whole almonds n allsorts in -which are lovely..but mean you get even less volume if 1 of them drop in to the bowl:eek: . I have got used to it -mind i have something mid morning too.. If i was to just tip out the amount i would normally you are looking at about 3 times as much
..thats why i started weighing;)

Afternoon all, bit late posting as there have been a few things going on in work that needed my undivided attention.
Well its lovely and warm today which seems to be keeping the greedy toad under control. I am aching today after last nights swim, anyone know why you get exercise-induced cramp? I keep getting it in my legs when I swim and it spoils it for me
B: Porridge made with water and skimmed milk
L: Wholemeal baguette with hoummus, carrot and red pepper (bought from local deli as a payday treat)
Not sure yet but we have some spuds from FIL's plot to use up so maybe fish with new pots and salad or sausages with HM baked chips. See what OH comes up with
I feel a bit bloated today, TOTM has been delayed because I messed up my pill so I will probably maintain or gain for the whole month! Ah well, I have a size 12 dress that I need to get into for a wedding in October and that is my motivation to keep going.
Have a good day all0
