wow, thanks Toni! don't really feel like i deserve it as i've been so less successful this week! still, it's a lovely surprise!
well, a good day yesterday - after dreading kung fu becuase i was so tired, i struggled at first but came out of it on a real high, he pushed us really hard so it feels like i achieved something (and for the first time i didn't flop down to the floor before the end of the 1 minute balance (we do a different one each week, handstands, side plank etc), really pleased with myself!).
then home to the first lasagne attempt, it was really yummy! having the rest for lunch today (which means i'm already sat at my desk thinking about it, haha)
so, today:
spin before work
b - low fat greek yofhurt with fruit and some crunchy cereal (breakfast meeting today)
l - lasagne! with some salad
s - yoghurt
t - not sure, meeting a friend to buy a gift and have a drink, going to try and stick to only 1 bottle of wine (Between us!) and then go home so maybe eat when i get back

Gosh, it's quiet on here todaywhere is everyone???
I just had a really nice tea but it wasn't exactly diet conscious:o I made courgette tart, bit like a posh pizza really and we had it with garlic potatoes (again:rolleyes: ).
Hopefully I won't have anything else tonight except maybe a yoghurt.
Only had half my walk at lunchtime as it started to rain:mad: so I got the bus back but at least my glaucoma test was clear :j
Hoping to get OH to the docs in the morning  and ex OH is apparantly still in ITU but is 'comfortable'0 -
Still here!
DD1 and I are clearing out debris and need a cup of tea.

Breakfast - Oatabix, mandarin, coffee
Lunch - Chicken thighs, grilled no extra fat and without skin, potato wedges and carrots, Fat-free yoghurt and blackberries from the garden
Tea- will be wholemeal toast and no-cholesterol cheese, tomatoes, salad, pepper then yoghurt and more blackberries
Tea with lemon, espresso coffee (just love my Gaggia!)
Oops just found the 1960's coffee set in the loft has had an accident and the cups are smashed!!!0 -
