I am assuming that I have put on half a ton after last weeks excesses. I am still soooo tired today but thought I would try and start afresh.
The new start went ok until I went to get my second bread roll out of my lunch bag, and I discovered half an onion wrapped in foil instead. I had chocolate, and my dh had the rest of my lunch that was still in the fridge.
Believe me, I will be checking what I pack much more carefully tomorrow!
Frogga we have the plasterers in at the moment too, so my house smells of damp plaster, yuk. It's my new bedroom that is being done (my original choice of room when we moved in), so it's quite exciting. I hope you're not away too long.
Take care all of you.0 -

good day for me - i've just made my first ever lasagne with the healthy option white sauce recipe that was on here. it's in the oven at the mo so thought i'd pop on here and see how everyone was doing - fingers crossed it turns out ok! (didn't have a recipe, but have eaten plenty of lasagne in my time, hope that makes up for it, haha!)

Helloo, it's me :hello:.
It has been a long time but I am ready to come back to the fold now. Will you have me?
Long story short - have been through grotty process at work of having to reapply for my job. Was successful and have kept the job but am now job hunting anyway as need to move on.
Have done a quick catch up and have realised that my problems are nothing compared to the things some of you guys have been going through. Hugs to all who need them.
On the weight front - well don't ask. I think I have managed to undo all the hard work I had done  In desperation I have even joined WW online but am now thinking that was a mistake and a waste of money. I had more success just trying to eat normally and catching up with you all each day. But we learn by out mistakes:rolleyes: As you can see my sig needs to be updated but I will do that later. Am hoping to get back into the swing of things in time to join the September challenge (whatever that is):T Will update stats then.
So - thats me - trying to get back on the wagon and looking forward to being part of the team again. Have a good day all.
Love

Morning all! Welcome to all who've joined lately like myself. WI today and lost 3 lbs, yay!
Brekkie-2 slices HM granary bread, scrape butter and honey
Lunch-salad medium baguette with cold meat, mayo
Dinner-out for meal(family celebration)- fajhitas with 3 small wraps and dips,medium baguette with butter,slice cake,3 glasses fizz,half a dozen G&T's
Have a great day everyone!:D0 -
Well yesterday was okay:
B - milky coffee
L - beans on toast (half a tin and two slices)
S - half a plum
D - fish fingers and chips, followed by chocolate melting pot puddings (from a mix) with ice cream
It was nice to go to bed full and not hungry. Lunch was terribly late due to an unexpected visitor who was here an hour, so dinner was later than normal as well because I wasn't hungry before then. Hopefully back to normal today!
I shall be weighing in on Friday as usual, hopefully with my new scales. I got fed up of the inconsistancies of the old ones so they are heading for the bin. I mean honestly, half a stone difference in the same person, on the same surface, over the course of one minute? :rotfl:
Well done to all the losers! It's another week, to those who've gained, stick at it! (((hugs)))
