Evening all,
Not going to post yesterday's or to-day's food as have been most stupid and gluttonous....suffice it to say that things like pieces of ginger in chocolate, sausages, chips, sandwiches large fry have all passed on to my spare tyre since yesterday....not going to bother now for today, DDIL is cooking dinner so I will have to eat it to be polite(!)
Tomorrow I will return to the fold and hope that I can do something before Friday to get just the 1lb off or even STS.
Have a good Sunday evening

LOST 1 1/2lb,:jdown to 16st 6lb. :jAnother 2lb before I have lost a stone since last September.
Foodwise I have been good and following the guidelines for high cholesterol, recently diagnosed.
Daughter helped me with a bootsale, which raised £200, mostly camping gear and odds and ends. The house is a clutter as I have been without energy for many years because of M.E.
I have really appreciated DD1's help and muscles.
I will spend the money on a residential handbell ringing course in the autumn.:D

Hi guys,
Hope everyone is doing good. I'm back into the swing of food optimising and am doing really well. Am not weighing in at the moment as am trying to get my focus back, I don't feel strong enough to go back to weekly weigh ins just yet, I fear a gain will cause me to give up.
My target is to be down to 15st 5 by the end of August, if I can achieve this I will really feel I am making progress. Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -
Hmmm yesterday lost the plot completely...bad, bad food, but the difference is in the past i would have continued for 4, 5, 10, 20 days - I'm trying to stop at 1 day.....
So this morning I got up with vigor and set my food for the day....
B- 1 bagel and ham
L - Tomato soup and 1 bread and ham
D - At a friend's house - Roast chicken dinner
S - a bit of left over bread and butter pudding from my binge
s - as much jelly as i need to help myself though today
And so far - still got 3 hours and 15 mins to go - I'm ok - need to keep on focus and remind myself how little a binge takes...
Hope everyone else is ok - i'll back check posts later

Well done to all those who achieved their goal. Just a note to say that I think we should not ignore when our body desires something. I know I have cravings for certain things such as black pudding but only at certain times. I put this down to my body needing extra iron so I do not ignore cravings. Sometimes I think they act as an intuitive way of your body saying - I need this today.0
