Morning all :hello: ,
Well done you losers, fantastic :T . Special congrats go to Frogga on being 16 something and Rockie for fantastic BMI. Well done the girls.:T
Sorry to say it's been Toadsville here this week. Made a big mistake baking a batch of very large Cherry scones and somehow managed to end up on the outside of several of them, plus butter  . God they were good!!!!!! Anyway now they're all gone and I'm back to being more restrained but not trying to lose anything, so if I STS this month I'll be pleased.
It's been an odd week with DS2 at home and helping sort out the roof ready to lay the extra insulation. I've been going through years of accumulated junk, sorting what to keep, charity, recycling and skip. Can someone please tell me why I'd kept bags full of old worn out sheets, hidous duvet sets, coathangers, empty boxes, old electricals not fully functioning and as for old computer boxes and parts  . They're all in the garage waiting for DH to see if anythings worth keeping. Doubt it at they're prehistoric. DS3 used to upgrade and swap parts with friends. He moved out but all his junk stayed!!! We're got an amazing assortment of toys, old china (from grandmother and great grandmother) all boxed up and never used and can I bring myself to part with any of it.........can I fiddle. It might come in useful one day, me thinks :rotfl: . Anyway one more lot to sort and then it will all be an orderly collection instead of a great heap. Amazing how good it makes you feel to declutter.
Tummy rumbling so will love you and leave you all and go get some breakie. Have a great weekend folks.

Morning all, just done my WI and I have STS which is great because of last weekends indulgances, it even looked like the scales were twitching to be a pound lower but they settled on a STS so that will do me.
I am off out shopping with a friend this afternoon but there is absolutely no chance of overdoing it as she has had a gastric bypass so no temptation to indulge.
B: Bran Flakes and SS milk
L: Tuna sandwichPrawn salad and fruit
S: Probably a skinny cappuccino or two
Have a fab weekend everyone, well done to all losers and STS-ers0 -
Hi everyone,
Back with my fresh start today having padded out by exactly 7lbs over the last few weeks.
I can see the way this is going so I'm back to basics and checking in each day so that all that weight doesn't go back on.
Pleased to see how well you've all been doing.
So I'm back weighing in at 18st 8 1/2. This is partly due to discovering the entire range of value sweets in Asda. Will I never learn?
Food today:
Croissant and coffee (sat morning treat):D
Turkey veg soup and HM bread (chilly here)
Pasta with spinach and blue cheese dressing.
Little veg garden is producing a few lovely bits so will pad out the pasta with a nice lot of salad leaves etc. Maybe even some oven roasted courgettes, which I've become addicted to. Why is it that my own home grown ones don't taste like boiled slugs?
Have a lovely weekend girls and thanks to all those that PMed me regarding DS1 (who is slowly improving but still being a stubborn so and so regarding doctors  ).
Have decided that this is my little haven away from thinking about that stuff , my little bit of space from the chaos, so if I don't mention him its because I'm on my 'selfish' time.
Take care all and have a lovely weekend.MAY GROCERY CHALLENGE £0/ £250

I'm not doing well at all. I might have to shelve any weight loss plans until I am less stressed - things are very not good at the moment. I'm trying but it just doesn't seem to be working. It doesn't help that I haven't got much time ATM to come on here for support.
You never know - I might surprise myself by losing something by the end of the month! I'll keep trying and keep Wii Fit-ing.0 -
I bought a pair of jeans two sizes too small for me after I had my second son. I hung them up behind the door in my bedroom and after around 8 months they fit. I got back down to the size I was before I had the children without dieting. Just moderate exercise, eating when hungry and not too late at night, for example not after 7.00pm. I used the jeans as motivation and looked at myself naked in the mirror - painful! I never stepped on a pair of scales for two years but knew I had lost weight when my pre-pregnancy clothes fit me again.0
