I've eaten all I'm going to for the day:

B - milky coffee and a handful of honey nut corn flakes without milk
L - slice of ham and cheese on toasted HM bread
    D - fisherman's pie from Mr M and a vitality drink

No snacks today! I nearly treated myself to a banoffee tart when I did the shopping but resisted the temptation.

After 3 days of piggin' out and pick pick pick..... wanted something 'nice' to eat but didn't know what so had everything:o ..... I've managed to squelch the toad and clamber back on the wagon today, woohoo!! Stuck to the food I took into work..ham salad sarnie, grapes, pear, banana, yoghurt, cereal bar.... fish pie for tea followed by mini milk lolly, and it's been fine, havent even wanted anything else so who knows what this weeks pigginess has been all about:confused: Planning a healthy weekend to make up for it.... feeling positive again now, let's hope it stays that way!

    Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Gonna be decorating the Tadpoles rooms today, well, Mr Frog is, I'm supervising ;)

Have to try REALLY hard to stay on track this weekend and I lost it slightly last weekend. Can't help keep thinking how much I would have lost on Friday if I hadn't done that  Never mind that's a pointless exercise so I'll stop it :D

Ok, off to have me breakfast. Hope you all have a really smashing weekend
