Don't worry frogga, looks like the toad has taken up permanent residence chez droopy.....what I was hoping was just a 24 hour blip has turned into a 3 day blip, and counting!!  Hope nobody's against cruelty to toads because if the little blighter's still here tomorrow, well......
Well done pebbles:T and nikki:T (hope your legs have eased up, but well done on getting out in the first place!)
Rambler I count calories too, find it's the only way for me. Haven't dared tot 'em up over the past few days, don't think my calculator could cope:o , but with a bit of luck I'll be back on track tomorrow. You're going great guns there though, keep at it!!
Best of luck to all the Friday weighers!0 -
BREAKFAST - 2 weetabix with banana & SS milk, I let them go soggy and mix it together; sounds disgusting but I don't enjoy them crunchy.
I do exactly the same thing lol. I have this most mornings so I dont have to think too hard or weigh anything out!
That weetabix advert makes me queasy when they have just yoghurt on their weetabix and I always say but that wont make it all nice and soggy!
(Sorry off topic there).2 adults and 3 children DD (14), DD (12) & DS (10) :smileyhea and 2 mental beagles.
Paying off debt bit by bit0 -
I'm supposed to WI tomorrow so I'll see what my dratted scales say, since they're so unreliable.
Today I've had:
B - milky coffee
L - one slice of toasted HM bread with HM chicken liver paté
S - a 15g box of yogurt covered raisins, 2 fruit pastilles, three brazil nuts
D - leftover pork in thai green curry sauce with rice, peas, sweetcorn, peppers and french beans
I've been feeling like having something sweet but I've resisted so far and am just drinking water until bedtime. Good luck everyone weighing in tomorrow, and well done to the losers and STSs!"...And if it don't feel good, what are you doing it for?" - Robbie Williams - 'Candy'0 -
I put on two stone after I had my two little cherubs but now my youngest is two and a half and I am almost back down to my pre pregnancy weight. I did not diet - I just did what I did before I had the children. Moderate exercise and not eating too late in the evening.
I eat normally during the day i.e Porridge for breakfast, Steak and chips for lunch by evening I eat a smaller meal. I think the saying - Eat like a King in the morning and like a pauper in the evening works for me.0 -
evening all!
just got in from work and am on an early tomorrow 7 til 5 so had better be quick and get to bed!
Am pleased that i have stuck to my plan religeously today!:A but I am feeling peckish now but will try and find a small snack of something healthyish.
Good luck to those weighing in tomorrow!Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Morning all
Lost another 1lb this week.... after some of the bigger portions i have had this week im pleasantly surprised :T
Well done on the losses yesterday -I didn't get around to posting -hubby was off work so my routine was all to pot  .... we went for a wander round the golf course..and on the way home spotted some blackberries -so tomorrow we are planning on going back for lots of yummy free blackberries :j
I have heard back from the company selling that patioGro thingy and they will sell me it Tax Free :T ..so for the patio gro with the extension kit/pvc cover i should pay about £100 instead of nearly £120 plus get the irigation system free (should be £19.99) so an overall saving of nearly £40 :j so next year i can grow even more veggies;)
Not sure what the meals will be like today..have one of my "make it up as i go along eads on ":rotfl:
Think today i will have a wander to the garden centre for a couple more arches and then sit x stitching/knitting
Have a great day everyone and good luck to anyone else weighing in :T-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Happy Friday :j
Well done on another loss MrsM  When are we gonna get an updated piccy? You must look SO different now :A
Really pleased to be able to say I'm now 16 somethingActually it's 16st 12lb so that's a loss of 2lb for me this week. I am pleased as I was a bit of a piggy over the weekend and when I checked the scales I had gone up to 17st 4lb
SO I guess it just shows me I must just keep going, and as long as it goes down I'll get there. If I'd have carried on being a guts after the weekend (which would normally happen) I would have been back up to 17 1/2 today no doubt
Taking the Tadpoles to Framlingham Castle today so now gonna pack a picnic. I've also got my small packet of choccy buttons for my Friday treat tonight to look forward to. If I can try REALLY hard no to loose the plot this weekend there should be a good loss to report next week
Have a good day friends xxxSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

morning all
i'm going to confess now to having had an AWFUL week foodwisei've eaten so much carp that my skin is horrible  and normally my skin is luuuuuuuuurvly lol. i've haven't binged as such, thats not my speciality i'm afraid. i'm more of a grazer/picker type. anyway i've had a talk with myself and it cannot go on! so i'm choosing foods today with the intention of keeping myself full up!
b- 2 weetabix and a banana
l - chickensalad sandwich, yoghurt and strawbs
d- pasta bake, yoghurt raisins
how does that sound?? as much as i'd love to have a 'healthy snack' between meals it ends up turning into a 'snack-fest' of things like toast and jam, umpteen yoghurts, sweets, and so on so best to have healthy filling meals and power through
hoping to do some exercise after work too.
well done all our losers :T :T ESPECIALLY FROGGA ON MAKING 16ST SOMETHING!
have a good one :ADisneyworld Florida in August 2011 :jLost so far: 0 lbs of 4stMother of beautiful son with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy0 -
:hello: Morning folks!
I feel great this morning, better than I have for a while, :j just shows what a good night's sleep can do! I was shattered after dance class last night, he worked us really hard so I came in , had a cuppa and went straight to bed, fortunatly there were no shinanegins from the neighbours last nightwhich helped.
WI this morning and I report a STS which I'm pleased at, I wasn't expecting to lose any more after last weeks stunner
I've had boiled eggs and rye toast for brekkie, I've got salad and an avocado for lunch but I might go and get something else as I'm not sure if it's ripe enough. I've got loads of fruit with me for snack and tea will be................... whatever I feel like making when I get in
I'll have to go clothes shopping this weekend, despite my lack of cash as nearly all my trousers are too loose :j to the point that they look silly 'cos they're really baggy round the bum and legs - clown pants!!:rotfl:
Well done MrsM, Frogga and all the other losers and STSers :T :T0 -
Hi,
Well done all the losers this week. Reading your posts is really giving me hope and more determination. Anyone any ideas for how to cope with late evening cravings. About 10pm or so I start craving and with a husband who can eat anything and seems to get cravings about the same time it gets difficult.
